BEST HOTEL WE’VE EVER STAYED IN!

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS, we would go again in a heartbeat! Best hotel for service and facilities. I’d like to see some free exercise yoga pilates classes offered in the Spa rather than paying for them. The treatments are pricey too but rest of Spa was wonderful! Esp the hidden cave hot tub that we found on last day! Such a pleasure to chat to the staff and they were not at all stuffy. As an avid birdwatcher the botanical gardens were to die for! New species at every turn as well as the flowers, plants & bonsai trees - workshop on these bonsai’s & flower arranging were brilliant :-)

I can say that Hotel Botanico & The Oriental Spa Garden offers an exceptional experience. I was consistently impressed by the luxurious amenities, the impeccable service, and the stunning environment. The Oriental Spa Garden was a true highlight, with a wide array of treatments that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The hotel's restaurants provided a delightful culinary journey with diverse cuisines and top-notch food. Beautiful place well maintain and clean. All the hotel is full of special art exhibition. Spa is hugh and great, and treatments are professional. All 4 restaurant are excellent. Staff is proffesional and always welcoming and helpfull. Highly recommended.

A fantastic hotel, aimed very much at adults. Fabulous spa facilities included and many additional treatments available to purchase All members of staff were incredibly attentive and always happy to help Drinks were pricey (eg €8 for a beer) but there are several local bars nearby

Beautiful hotel , stunning spa . Main pool very cold advertised as 27 degrees which it definitely wasn’t . Given wrong room on arrival quickly rectified mistake.Restaurants overbooked couldn’t get a table until 9 pm on arrival when we arrived it was half empty , waited over half an hour for a booked table another night the manager blamed reception for overbooking. Would not do half board again . Breakfast excellent. All staff courteous.

La propiedad es preciosa muy cerca de muchos sitios para beber y comer a precios rasonables. Su personal es super atento amable y profesional . El señor Antonio siempre dispuesto en la puerta a ayudar en todo . El personal de l front desk siempre atento a ayudar a cualquier duda . En fin regresaría si npensarlo dos veces . Gracias
