**Please Read** I completely understand that there are differing levels of experience with all-inclusive resorts, differing likes and dislikes and (full disclosure) this was our first all-inclusive experience. But people, let me tell you. We have NOTHING but good things to say about this place, their people, the food, the activities, the room, the pools, the drinks. It was all amazing. They pay such close attention to details and remember little things that you said or liked or ate. They even polished our sunglasses and brought them back to us at lunch, just because. We loved it.

With the exception of one female customer service desk employee, the remaining staff interaction was excellent. My first room had malfunctioning lights. I was given another room. The food was outstanding.

I know never go by the pictures, but honestly nothing like it. Half of the restaurants were closed. Food not great. Was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed. Only good thing was the staff, they were very friendly and attentive always.

The staff was friendly and took care of all requests. Picture of amenities where over hyped. Water park was only 2 small slides that were unimpressive. Overall the experience was okay.

Everything about our stay was great, from room's, dinning service, drinks being accessible everywhere you go, definitely a great experience for us, portofino restaurant stood out for it's fine dining and great service by Jose, he guided us through our dining experience and recommended some of the best dishes and drinks.

Staff was incredible! So helpful and cheerful and happy to help. Room was clean, comfortable and the stocked mini bar and snacks, as well as the nightly chocolates and turn down service were very appreciated. The restaurants were wonderful, selection was good and food was decent at the buffet. A little disappointed in the seaweed on the beach, but that’s not the fault of the resort, in fact they were working hard every day to clear what they could. The Barracuda Bar was the best spot in the evenings! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this resort!

Loved the hotel - fantastic food, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful room and view, with a well-equipped gym and relaxing spa. I highly recommend treatments from the wonderful Nestor at the spa- the seaweed wrap and hot stone message with reflexology were especially good. So relaxing! The only downside is the Dreams Dolphin Discovery - I just don’t agree with breeding cetaceans in captivity - rescue/sanctuary yes; captive breeding to live in captivity no. It’s the only thing about the place I didn’t absolutely love. We stayed for 17 nights and loved it.
