No Communication

After an initial question by the host, which I answered, I received no responses from him to the two or three questions I had. We had no check-in information. Sitting outside the property, I called him. Fortunately he answered. He gave us the door pass code, which got us in. There was no information inside about the WiFi or other amenities. It is a beautiful property right on the ocean, but I had no access code to enter the pool area and the beach.
