Didn’t serve room while there, bed not made. Very noisy, was not clean. Gap around the door that allowed for noise and light to come through. Stay elsewhere.
My car was stolen from the parking lot. There are no security cameras. Another car had their window broken the next night. The hotel is run down and feels dirty. Microwave, tv, and door were all broken. Carpet had stains. The only good thing about this hotel is the employees who are nice and helpful.

Nothing special about the hotel. Clean room, beds are comfortable, but this is expected. There were no hangers in the closet, which had a hanger rack below waist level. The ironing board had little 3-inch legs so to use it one needed to put it on the desktop. There was not a soap dish in the bathroom. They did have small bars of soap, again this is expected. There were no shampoo packs, below expectations. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. Cereals, and some fruit in a sugary syrup, and a juice dispenser, a diabetic nightmare. the juice dispenser was out of service anyway. The only thing there I could safely eat was boiled eggs. No meat at all. The only hot items were waffles and oatmeal.
The pool was closed....which is fine since its an outdoor pool. The hot tub doesnt exist.
Close to freeway was out priority. It is.

Front desk staff Darren advised me to reach out to you to receive a refund for our stay. We were displaced from our room due to an incident in a neighboring room with police needing to use my room for access. I would like a full refund for my stay. Please contact the hotel as this was approved by them. Thank you.
Spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. Staff were polite, especially to a customer who was not wearing a mask. Sad that there wasn’t even a bag to pick up for breakfast. I know Covid is still happening but other chains have adjusted and provide something but nothing was not nice. Especially when it’s still advertised.
Excellent. Clean. Spacious. No charge for dogs. But currently not serving breakfast... not even grab and go.
