I have stayed at this hotel many times but the last two times I have had problems. This time the towels in the bathroom had black hairs on them and dirt was piled up in the corners behind the door. I told the manager and she was going to have the problem taken care of. I showed her pictures that I had taken of the bathroom. When I came back later the problem was still there except on one towel the hair was gone but it was damp. I went down and exchanged the towels and pulled the really long hair off the towel rack. I told the manager about it again and her comment was the person was her beat housekeeper. I told her I wouldn't be staying they again.

Room was in good shape and clean. Had lots of space. Did not use the pool. Breakfast was good.

I have stayed in several hotels around this one and this one is by far the best experience I have had in my recent stays. I would recommend it to everyone. The omelets are cooked the way you want them, plus they have all the other items for breakfast except for chocolate milk.

It had a great breakfast & rooms were nice & clean!

Watch the cost preference. Took over two weeks to have a manager return our numerous calls

We love the spacious rooms that we always find at Best Western. This motel is supposed to be a "Plus", which leads us to expect a little extra, and we found that with the nice breakfast items (cooked-to-order omelettes + hash browns). The room was OK; nice bedding and spacious, but furnishings a little sparse. One wall was bare except for 8 electrical outlets!?! Would have been nice to have a bench or something there to set charging devices and/or suitcases. The lobby was very plain for a "Plus", and no automatic doors at the entrance. But, overall, it was a nice place for a pretty reasonable price.

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's pet friendly which is a plus!

We travel a lot and this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Breakfast is excellent with a chef making you an omelet of your choice and it is cooked to perfection (3 mornings in a row). The staff were the friendliest I have encountered yet in all my travels. They went out of their way to answer questions about the area and anything else I needed. The rooms were spotless, the pool wonderful. We did not want to leave. I was very much impressed, keep up the great team work!!

Super clean hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly!! The breakfast was the perfect start of the day!! Fresh cooked eggs, omelets and hash browns can't be beat!!

Stayed there a night with family; good quality for the price paid.

Fantastic stay. Great breakfast bar serving waffles and eggs or on letters to order. Hit tub and sauna were perfect end to the day.

Have stayed many times and never disappointed. There were problems with the guests being too loud next door and with one phone call and a few minutes, problem resolved. Breakfast is good and offers enough selection for most guests. It is one of our favorite places to stay in Pueblo.

The room was comfortable, spacious, clean & beds were great. Breakfast was a first, a cook fixed omelets, hash browns, whatever you wanted, plus a full breakfast choice you could fix yourself. The common areas were clean, had a fitness center, pool & business center, where everything worked. I would certainly stay again. This was a delightful stay, staff very nice, we were just there 1 night.

My husband and I were travelling to Santa Fe and booked this hotel for a one nighter. It was easy to locate off the highway and convenient to a large mall and many restaurants. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fairly decent, with fresh omelets and waffles.

Rooms were nice and spacious but overall it was really nosiy. You could hear the tv from next door. Kids jumping from upstairs and running in the hallways. Complained several times with no effect. The only good thing bout this trip was the breakfest and the fact that the texas roadhouse was across the street. Not at all impressed with my stay. Will not be stayin at this motel ever again!!

Equipment in fitness room did not work and temp was set too high with no way to adjust. Breakfast omelettes and hash browns were burned. Hotel was overpriced.

The Eagle Ridge Inn and Suites in pueblo was very nice, clean and quiet. I would recommend this motel to my friends. The dining/breakfast was great, and very friendly employees.

This hotel seemed overpriced but was comfortable and clean.

This hotel had very friendly staff and a nice Free breakfast. They cooked omlets to order so it was more than just a continental breakfast. The room was average for a Best Western Hotel. The location was near I-25 and Hwy 50.

I am sorry we did not exceed expectations, however, both the housekeeper and head housekeeper felt the issues were resolved when reports.
