Really shabby. Room was well worn. Bath fan squealed like crazy. Worn out towels. Feet stuck to carpeting it was so dirty. Lobby breakfast looked like the junk food row at 7-11. Hotel of last chance as all others are already full. Homeless encampment nextdoor.

Grungy hall carpeting. Pieces of scrap carpet pieced into existing grungy&old carpteing. Looked poorly and dirty overall. Next door neifhbors (laundry facikity)ran bathroom wayer on and off several hours in 2am to 7am hard sleeping with that noise.

We arrived in Pueblo at 12:30 am and found out that my reservation was never made, even though I had confirmation emails that said it went through. All of the hotels in Pueblo and surrounding cities were completely sold out. The girl at the desk was not very helpful or apologetic, and even told me she’d never heard of Orbitz. She didn’t call a manager or anything, and wasn’t really concerned that we had no place to stay...even though they should’ve had my reservation information. I’m not very happy with the hotel or Orbitz at this point, and we won’t stay here again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Inadequate parking. Outdated rooms. Could have been cleaner. Pool and hot tub closed too early.

Odor in room! This is 5o mske it 50 charactets long.

The room smelled really musty and we had to air it out a couple times. It wasn’t until we were ready to leave that we noticed the floor was soaked. The bathtub had been leaking really bad, and I’m not sure how long it had been like that. I let housekeeping and the front desk know when we checked out, so hopefully they got it fixed. Everything else was great, the staff was really nice

Front desk associate was rude. No pool towels. Asked front counter for some pool towels she gaver one for my granddaughter and myself. She was nasty when I told her I needed four towels. We found a woman's bra in the room under our blankets Nasty

Poor experience, insulting staff and poor customer satifaction

Very nice and clean place I will recommend to everyone

The air conditioner took a long time to get cold and didn't get very cold at all. We requested a wake-up call and never got it, which would have been a bigger problem if I had to do something important like go to work but thank goodness I didn't. The people in the room next door were very loud but it was football Sunday and it didn't last long so it wasn't that big of a deal if it would have continued I would have said something. You requested a late check-out and they said it was fine but then the housekeeper still insisted on knocking on the door ridiculously when I was in the shower trying to hurry up. The website stated they had a business center but it was really just a computer in an area but didn't even have a printer. The room was missing the cups that went with the ice bucket. But other than that it was decently clean and uncomfortable. I didn't find any milk for the cereal or cream cheese for the bagels but it's possible they were just out otherwise breakfast was better than at some places.

Only motel with 7 rooms for two day in Pueblo during the state fair. Motel was ok, older but in good repair. Clean rooms and good beds. The kids liked the pool, so I guess it passed. I went to office to ask for 4 coffee maker packs for coffee in room the next morning and was told that they don't do that. So we have a coffee maker in our room and no coffee. Then clerk grudgingly stomped down to storage an gave us two packets. The law was there talking to someone in the parking lot every time any of us came in, especially in the trucker area on the south side.

Breakfast service was poor; area was dirty, coffee was usually empty. We were there for 2 breakfast times, I had to clean my table both days,.

It was not clean. It had a smell I had a 2 day resv. I left the next morning. Of course they have my cc screwed up. Don't recommend....

experience at the hotel was good nice clean room friendly staff the only complaint I have is that the air conditioner would not stay on it kept shutting off and on all night long and I was not able to sleep
