We arrived in Pueblo at 12:30 am and found out that my reservation was never made, even though I had confirmation emails that said it went through. All of the hotels in Pueblo and surrounding cities were completely sold out. The girl at the desk was not very helpful or apologetic, and even told me she’d never heard of Orbitz. She didn’t call a manager or anything, and wasn’t really concerned that we had no place to stay...even though they should’ve had my reservation information. I’m not very happy with the hotel or Orbitz at this point, and we won’t stay here again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Inadequate parking. Outdated rooms. Could have been cleaner. Pool and hot tub closed too early.

Odor in room! This is 5o mske it 50 charactets long.

The room smelled really musty and we had to air it out a couple times. It wasn’t until we were ready to leave that we noticed the floor was soaked. The bathtub had been leaking really bad, and I’m not sure how long it had been like that. I let housekeeping and the front desk know when we checked out, so hopefully they got it fixed. Everything else was great, the staff was really nice

Front desk associate was rude. No pool towels. Asked front counter for some pool towels she gaver one for my granddaughter and myself. She was nasty when I told her I needed four towels. We found a woman's bra in the room under our blankets Nasty

Poor experience, insulting staff and poor customer satifaction

Very nice and clean place I will recommend to everyone

The air conditioner took a long time to get cold and didn't get very cold at all. We requested a wake-up call and never got it, which would have been a bigger problem if I had to do something important like go to work but thank goodness I didn't. The people in the room next door were very loud but it was football Sunday and it didn't last long so it wasn't that big of a deal if it would have continued I would have said something. You requested a late check-out and they said it was fine but then the housekeeper still insisted on knocking on the door ridiculously when I was in the shower trying to hurry up. The website stated they had a business center but it was really just a computer in an area but didn't even have a printer. The room was missing the cups that went with the ice bucket. But other than that it was decently clean and uncomfortable. I didn't find any milk for the cereal or cream cheese for the bagels but it's possible they were just out otherwise breakfast was better than at some places.

Only motel with 7 rooms for two day in Pueblo during the state fair. Motel was ok, older but in good repair. Clean rooms and good beds. The kids liked the pool, so I guess it passed. I went to office to ask for 4 coffee maker packs for coffee in room the next morning and was told that they don't do that. So we have a coffee maker in our room and no coffee. Then clerk grudgingly stomped down to storage an gave us two packets. The law was there talking to someone in the parking lot every time any of us came in, especially in the trucker area on the south side.

Breakfast service was poor; area was dirty, coffee was usually empty. We were there for 2 breakfast times, I had to clean my table both days,.

It was not clean. It had a smell I had a 2 day resv. I left the next morning. Of course they have my cc screwed up. Don't recommend....

experience at the hotel was good nice clean room friendly staff the only complaint I have is that the air conditioner would not stay on it kept shutting off and on all night long and I was not able to sleep

When we got there, there was no room reservation for us, so lucky they had one left. Manager had to make calls. So, I would call before you go to motel.

By far this has been the worst hotel experience I've had. My family & I were traveling into town for a baby shower & I rented the room for the indoor pool. I have two small children that rarely stay in hotels & wanted them to have a nice experience. I rented the room for the price it was a debate between a hotel that cost 20 dollars more & this one. First off we arrived at 12pm& our room was not ready yet. The minute the man at the front desk saw we purchased the room through Obitz he gave a frown. Then we get to the room the carpet was dirty it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed & the bathroom floors were sticky. Everything in the room was outdated & we were afraid to sleep under the covers that's how dirty this place was. I tried renting another room but all the rooms in town were sold out because of a conference that weekend. Lesson learned pay the extra $$$.

No elevator, small rooms, too much road noise. Moved to another hotel for rest of our stay

It was good. the room was a little smoky, but the jacuzzi tub was great.

The hotel was horrible!! It was very noisy and hot and bad customer service!!
