They change to much room small not worth to playing the price very sad

If your goal is a comfortable motel with nice appointments, this will meet your purpose. The bed was quite comfortable.

My husband has horrible allergies to various smells. Our non-smoking floor smelled like stale cigarettes. And our room smelled like like a citranella candle exploded. When we asked about the over abundance of citrus, we were told it was something they put on the carpet before vacuuming and it was done to all the rooms. Had to go buy fabreez to try and counter act the smell. Never... Never again. Next time we'll just stay at the no name motel down the street; at least for the same price we know what we are getting.

Clean and helpful staff. In a good location, easy to get in and out. Away from the noise and crowds.

Great staff. The carpet in my room was filthy. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, and the walls are kind of thin.

This was a really nice hotel. It was clean (except items from previous guests left in the frig, a few drinks, no biggy). The bed was nice just not what I'm used to, but it was comfortable. The queen was more of the size of a double, again just not what I'm used to. Breakfast was good. We had a very pleasant stay in Pueblo Micro hotel. We would stay there again.

We got there around midnight and still got service like it was 9am!

We had a suite both times. It was very nice. Had the kids sleep on the sofa bed. Had a nice table/counter/sink dividing the bed from the sofa (the 2-queen room doesn't have that). I'd have given it a 5 star but the corridor reeked of smoke. I don't know why they don't have smoking rooms exclusive on certain floors or why they can't have a deodorizer. The smell didn't enter our room, but I had a towel at the base of the door just in case. Fresh air doesn't bother smokers but smoke is a real turn off to families that don't.

Over all the hotel room was not very clean and smelly. The location was the only good thing about my experience,

Very nice hotel in south Pueblo. Front desk personal very friendly, helpful and informative on area restaurants. We did use a delivery service she was aware of that offered many restaurant in the area to choose from. It was awesome not having to go out after a 12 hour drive! The room was very large with two queen beds. The only small issue was the cleanliness of bathroom in our room. I don't like to find hair in the tub/shower and on the walls of it.

my stay was good , I just wish they could price match my initial stay as I will be staying in town for a month on a work contract

My room was really tiny. It was just ok. Nothing special.

Great place for an overnite stay. Good value. Staff was very friendly.

I was not sure what to expect, when I arrived I was greeted, checked in promptly and the room absolutely comfortable and clean. The staff took excellent care of me and I am returning next week.

My family and I spent only one night at this hotel. The facility was clean and the rooms very neat and comfortable. Nice customer service and price-friendly hotel!!!

I am a single mother age 56 and enjoy traveling on a budget. Microtel Inn at Pueblo was very clean. The staff was nice and friendly. For the cost it was a very good value. I would recommend for anyone traveling with a family or budget minded travelers. I felt safe at this location, and although I had my 20 year old son with me, I would have felt fine if I had been alone. I would recommend this Microtel Inn to anyone.

If youre lucky enough to have Jason at the desk when you sign in, youll know ALL you need to know to make a Pueblo CO. fun for all. Great things to do in the area. Dont skip the river walk! Lots of local flair for restaurant choices in the area. You will like it here...

The room was in a good location and my employees stated it was comfortable and I should remember this hotel for the next time we need one in Pueblo.

very nice, staff extremely friendly and helpful. room was clean and nice. food/breakfast was nice and hot chocolate available thru out the night which was nice. window seat/cushion was nice for 4 year old to sleep on. pack and play available for the baby. temperature of the room was nice. Enjoyed having the cable tv available Hotel was near the hospital so was convenient for the children to go back to rest while I was in surgery.

Location seemed shady.. The third floor smelled like smoke in the hallway. Nevertheless, it was clean and had good amenities and a good breakfast. Worked out as a stop to somewhere else.
