We could park in the lot so that our vehicle was visible from our room. Looked like a new building/property.

It totally sucked it mad me sick to see the cheap plastic hanging up to insure COVID guidelines! My room smelled awful no manager got back to me I asked for two extra night because my Dad had past in hospital during my visit there I needed extra time I was told none available , so I went through Orbitz and got two more nights but left one night early with no refund or compensation!

The room was relaxing and comfortable, near restaurants and the highway. My room smelled like smoke. They do not tell you until you arrive that if you are a Pueblo resident there is a $300 deposit, not a $75 one as stated online. Even though I live in Texas and have not been able to update my license due to Covid I still had to pay the $300 deposit. Not happy at all.

We didn't stay after walking into the lobby. Bad location, no breakfast offered even though it was part of the reservation

The hotel is located in a perfect spot for overnight travelers. Checkin was simple, staff were friendly and the later than usual checkout was great.

All was good except wi-fi was down all weekend. I was gone early the first day, returned around 1:30 and room wasn’t cleaned. Took a shower and left at 2:30, and housekeeping had left for the day.

Just an average hotel but acceptable. It worked for a quick 1 night stay.

I had to pay 10.00 a night for my emotional support dog and I shouldn’t of been charged for him. Our air conditioner was having some issues. Orbitz charged us more for the room than if we would have booked direct with the hotel. Staff was friendly and it was clean inside and out.

Lucky to find during blizzard! Worked out perfectly!

Overall a good experience! Staff was pretty good and room was in updated shape.

Best price for a basic place to stay. Nice staff, too

It was an ok stay. I clean houses professionally and was very disappointed to see that the sheets hadnt been changed and there was hair all over the bed from the previous occupants. 1 key card didnt work from the beginning and the second one quit working half way through the day. We ended up leaving because it was over priced for the size of the room and how not clean it was.

They change to much room small not worth to playing the price very sad

Thank you for taking the time to share a review. You were not charged for the last night. I am sorry that this difficult time in your life came during a city wide sell out for us, unfortunately I didn't have any wiggle room to change your room type back to a non smoking room. My condolences to you and your family for the loss of your father.

The mentioned deposit is on the Orbitz website under "Things To Know." We apologize for any inconvenience this may have had on your travels. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to see you again!
