Good area and away from the interstate noise

The young lady that checked us in was super friendly and kind. Property was nice and stay was great.

The property was clean and easily accessible.

Nice staff, clean place, but poorly maintained. Problems with HVAC, broken water fountains, bathroom fan didn't work, and the window blinds only operate with a remote control which was missing. Lousy breakfast too.

Please check sofa bed. It was not comfortable for an adult.

We moved to 3 different rooms because of some problems. Not able to control the air conditioner, Thermostat on the wall is not activated. The Lights go cross above the bed didn’t work. Outlets between the beds didn’t work. Hooks above the bench missing. Shelf in the closet is broken. Beat up dirty bath towel was in the bathroom. We have stayed in the holiday inn in several other locations and they were good. It was just this hotel in Dillon Pueblo with poor management.

I traveled 10.5 hours from texas i didnt realize the time change but i did say i was coming early in my reservation and that i had a small pet when i got there no one was at front desk and when she did come she was nice but the room was not ready and i waited 3 hours for my room to be ready and then when i reminded her that i have a pet in kennel she said that room was not friendly so she switched my room and it was ready immediately smh thats weird but anyway enjoyed my trip other than that the room was not really clean it had hair all over bathroom and no towels

14months into pandemic and some restrictions are ridiculous.like changing the pool hrs without signs is sort of annoying. Breakfast was underwhelming. Reminiscent of meal time at your local county inn.(jail food) staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend calling ahead and seeing exactly how hotel does things to your liking or not. With the restrictions they have in place It does seem like you’re overpaying for basic things 😓

The suite was very nice, roomy and clean. The staff was very polite. The property, even while under construction was very clean.

Rooms were great. Staff needs an upgrade. Friendly, but absent. Likely stems from breakfast issues. Coffee machine broken. Front desk staff observed "helping" with breakfast which seemed more like talking in the back. Had several waiting 20 minutes at the front desk on a Saturday morning... I then observed the car parked right in front of the front door was an employee.

we found that the staff in the reception area were very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was great. Had a comfortable sleep. Overall, excellent. Will definitely consider this hotel again in the future. Plus it was very close to shopping and a Texas Roadhouse.

First time our family stayed at this location in the area, the location was perfect to downtown and to our families homes. Staff was wonderful and amenities were great. Would liked a mini fridge in the single King Bed room for water and soda. We will stay at this location again.

The purpose of this stay was to use the Holiday Inn accommadations while my husband had surgery at Parkview Medical Center. I think they should have a couple more big towels. On the first night, my husband stayed at the hotel and he had to take a shower both the night before and the morning of his surgery. He had to use antiseptic cleanser and he used the smaller towels to dry off after the morning shower so I would have the bigger towels when I took my shower.

It was a clean and quite facility. Breakfast was great everyday with a super selection. Is a great place to stay.

I was charged by the hotel when I arrived and had to explain that I booked and paid through ORBITZ. I was again Charged when I checked out and had to go through it again. I am now trying to fix the charges to my Credit Card.

Requested a King Suite. Checked in and was sent to a King Suite that smelled strongly of smoke, in fact there was still an electronic air cleaner in the room on the floor. Informed the front desk that the room was unacceptable. Went to the front desk for a different room. Front desk staff acknowledged the previous guests had smoked in the room (the entire property is non-smoking) and yet they still tried to sell us that room-how could they tell I was stupid from my online reservation? We were put in a 2-Queen suite, I was not happy. The room was not made up properly each day-no paper at the door each morning and the staff entered our room several times with the do not disturb sign on the door. Most times when entering or leaving the hotel from either the front or rear entrance had to walk through hotel employee’s smoke. I was very disappointed with the entire experience!
