Economical hotel in the heart of Puebla. Clean and quiet. Staff pleasant and helpful. Lots of small cafes nearby to eat at.

This hotel is very small and the rooms were not very comfortable due to the noise and the water smelling every time you opened the faucet. We were in the first floor and could hear dogs barking super early in the morning and the staff talking and laughing as well. The walls in the rooms seem to be paper thin. The upside to staying here is being able to walk to all the little stores and restaurants.

The property is very new and it's in an excellent location. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms suffer from various design flaws, which were quite frustrating at times but difficult to improve at this point.

Linda estancia en Hotel Tamara, Puebla.

Aunque no utilicé el restaurante, lo visité y es muy agradable. Al estar en la zona centro hay muchas opciones de comida también por los alrededores. La habitación muy bonita y cómoda. Me gustó el concepto general de hotel. Muy buena relación calidad-precio.

Imposible descansar!

Mi cuarto era el 503, debajo del restaurante. Anoche hubo una alarma en el cubo del elevador, por más de una hora y nadie la atendía! Arrastran las sillas y las mesas del restaurant y se escucha todo en la habitación. Hasta la música que ponen . Imposible descansar!
