Neighbor upstairs was walking around until I fell asleep. Water damage on ceiling in bathroom and no exhaust fan. Two tissues in the box on the bathroom counter and no extra sheets that I had asked for when making the reservation.

Several machines had “sorry out of order”( dryer 2nd floor laundry) vending and rm 209 handicap access shower nozzle was tied with twine and soap dish was badly cracked upon our arrival. Room rug had stains. We appreciated the shower chair and snowy white towels. The breakfast buffet was great. Plenty of handicap parking.

Great check in. All seemed clean until we opened the microwave and their was pizza from previous guests in there! That was a bit alarmingly but hey, everyone makes mistakes.
