Property is dingy. Breakfast offered is unhealthy. Limited coffee offered. Room is supposedly clean but TV and bedside counter are sticky. Very disappointed!

Location was great for getting around area outside of Providence. Stayed 3 nights. Impressed with how clean the bathroom was- no caked up gunk in the corners of the tile like you see in so many hotels and overall a very clean hotel. Only problem was breakfast is advertised as from 6-10 am, however at 9:30 most of the food was gone. Staff was gracious to attempt to replenish what could be but not all items qualified. It was still super busy at 9:30. Happened both mornings I slept in. I thought being Feb 15 it was just extra busy that morning but it also happened the next morning too. Overall it was a nice stay. Would stay there again.

Perfect location and staff was very helpful! No complaints. Would recommend.

Good location close to freeway and restaurants. Pillows were too soft and uncomfortable. I stacked 4 on top of each other and still absolutely no support. All of the female desk staff acted cold and they would not look up at me when I approached and asked questions. Long brown hair on the side of bathtub and on floor.

The hotel stay was great as always but Hampton got rid of the welcome cookies. The cookies were a real treat. Always looked forward to them. Wish they would bring them back.

Everything was very good. Only thing was the pool water was a little cold for the kids. Another 5-10 degrees would have been great. Other than that, it was excellent and we would stay there again.

Hotel is clean and well kept. Free breakfast is nice, and 24 hour coffee service is an added plus. Very convenient to I - 95, so travelling is very easy. Great place to stay, quiet, with lots of places to eat within walking distance.

As of this review, we've stayed at 3 different Hampton Inns in 3 different states this year (2016). Our first experience was in Alexandria, VA, which was excellent and set the bar very high for the next 2 locations. The breakfast buffet in VA featured more selections, specifically, a more plentiful fruit assortment, dry cereals and garnishes, i.e., sugar free choices. The Coventry, RI site did not offer the same comparable selections as Alexandria, VA had. I had requested a handicap accessible room on the 1st floor for my Coventry reservation, and upon check-in, the registration clerk had no record of such request. My choices were the first floor at the very end of the hall, or the second floor, close to the elevator. I had to settle for the latter. The room choice I was left with had no microwave, which I know is not provided in every room, but combined with our location on the second floor, having to ride the elevator down and then up, was not very convenient. The room was clean, but tight, even for two people. Had I received the handicap accessible room, I would think there would have been more space to maneuver between the 2 beds and the chests. Also, a suggestion in the future for the handicap; the beds are too high for anyone transferring from a wheelchair to the bed.

We used the pool. Had a Dbl Queen room. Nothing spectacular. Just another hotel with an inflated price. Stayed here because this was where my daughter's college dance team was staying.

Hotel is conveniently located by highway, several restaurants and multiple shopping choices. The staff is eager to accommodate guest needs to ensure a comfortable stay. I've stayed at this location several times and have always been pleased.

Very clean and quiet. Front desk person very helpful. Easy check in.

My 2 problems were that the heated pool was not heated, in fact the water was very cold, and on my last day housekeeping kept trying to get me out of the room. Check out wasn't until 12 but the maid was at my door at 9am. I understand that the hotel was booked for that night but they should not have made me feel like I was holding them up doing their job.

We went to Rhode Island for vacation. Specifically to go whale watching, which we did in Glauster Massachusetts. Our stay at the Hampton was very comfortable. The rooms were nice and clean, comfy beds, pleasant staff. Breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular but saved money by not having to eat out every morning. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything was close to the hotel, restaurant and store, I recommend this hotel, nice and clean.

Arrived late, no problem, checked me right in. Rooms are clean, good breakfast.

Con: No microwave Pro: Clean, convenient, good value.. close to shopping area. Good Breakfast
