We stayed at Extended Stay America for a business trip, and were happy with our stay. The room was clean and spacious. The room also stayed warm, which was a relief when the temperatures dropped below 15 F. The kitchenette was clean and functional. We unfortunately ran into a booking error with Expedia, and the front desk staff was on top of the error immediately. They were helpful, patient, and as accommodating as possible. Everyone we spoke to on staff were wonderful and informative. The complimentary breakfast selection was a breakfast bar with granola bars, muffins, instant oatmeal packets, and coffee. If you are interested in a hot breakfast, then I would look into another hotel. We did not mind since we had an adequate kitchenette. I wish we had been given a sponge to clean the dishes, mugs, and cutlery we were given. Other than that we were happy with the plates, bowls, cutlery, etc. that was provided.

My stay here has been the best experience I have ever had. The staff has been a breath of fresh air. They are very welcoming and make you feel very comfortable. Eunika, Jeremy, Amanda, Nate, Charlie and Hector are very pleasant and very helpful. I really have no complaints with my stay here. I am almost 3,100 miles away from home and you all have made me feel right at home. I could go on and on with how wonderful it has been. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Sincerely, Jason & Denise Chappell
My wife and I stayed here while some work was going on at home. We stayed for 4 days. The first day we had no hot water and when I told the desk manager she asked me how long I ran the water for, duh. No plates or any other forms of utensils, because they were extra. Not even a coffee pot.No cups to drink from. This is the first place I have ever stayed at that there were no drinking cups. The soap was a round disk about the size of a silver dollar and ther was only one for 2 people. Extended vstay should be for a couple of hours, not days.
My stay was from 01.20.17-01.23.17. My room was great, great price. The sheets and covers could be more comfy but it IS a hotel soooo... MY favorite part of my stay was Charlie the Night Clerk i believe. Loved him! very funny and helpful. Will stay again!
I spent over a week here. The property is kept clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was clean, the bathroom was especially clean, cleaner than most hotels I have stayed at. I liked that the property is very convenient to most things in East Providence. The manager was especially great. She is very good at her job and you could tell that all of the staff worked hard to do a good job for her. I would definitely stay here again and recommend that anyone else would too.
I was a bit skeptical about this hotel given the price and brand but was very pleasantly surprised. We rented two rooms - one queen and one with two doubles for one night. The front desk service was friendly, efficient, and attentive. The property appeared to be newly remodeled and was nicer than I expected. The rooms were not luxurious but they were very clean and updated. Each room featured a small kitchen area right by the door - a full refrigerator, microwave and small electric stove along with four or five cabinets and sink. Dishes, pots, toaster, etc. were available at no charge upon request. The bed was comfortable and linens were nice. The bathroom and shower were immaculate. Definitely would stay here again if the need arose.
Stayed at this hotel for the week of Nov 27 to Dec 2. The room was ok as all I needed was a bed. The place doesn't have breakfast buffet like others, but at least the customers shop had a great restaurant built into it. There was more than great places to grab dinner at before retiring for the evening. If your just in need of a place to rest at a cheap price this would fit the bill
I expected more from a new hotel. No charging plugs, small television, plastic hangers, very cheap in every way. You have to call and order dishes and cups. No in suite coffee or in house ice maker so forget about having a drink when you get in. No breakfast just a.grab and go set up with crap to eat. Not at all homey or friendly. Hotel staff smoke outside doorways-classy.

Kettle to make your tea or coffee lovely bathroom with shampoo and shower gels easy to get in bath / shower with grab rails for the disabled, very good continental breakfast, pleasant atmosphere all round good heating too , if you need it or air conditioning
