The hotel itself is really nice.
Everything is new, comfortable and clean. My room was big with a king bed, desk, couch, and kitchen. Very nice staff. The location was great with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and bookstores nearby. The complimentary breakfast was fresh with plenty to choose from.
The problem for me was that the Wi-Fi went out for most of the day, and I was specifically there to work. I figured out a workaround, but it caused a lot of inconvenience for the purpose of my trip. If I was visiting for fun, it would not have mattered.
I also wish the restaurant attached to it were better (not sure if it's run by the Residence Inn or not). Slow service despite being almost empty, mediocre food, and out of a lot of items.
