Clean room. Friendly staff.
Rooms were nice and clean. The room setup is nice too although the seating (couch) could be improved. Parking is nearby and convenient. Reduced hours for the hotel restaurant isn't very convenient but there are several restaurants within walking distance if it wasn't for the Nor'Easter last week!
Staff were wonderful!
Very disappointed with cleanliness of bathroom had mildew, toilet sit with urine and shower curtain and tube dirty. You would think due to pandemic room would be clean. No free parking I was chareged $90.00 dollars fee for 3 days stay. Lot of issues no mention here. I rste this hotel 1 FAIL. Very very unsatisfied.
Very friendly staff, but the property is in poor condition unfortunately.
This hotel charged me an expensive fee on top of being charged for my night stay. When trying to dispute this fee, I was unable to reach the front desk by phone EVERY SINGLE time I called. This is unacceptable.
Hotel was fine, clean. Bathroom was very outdated and you couldn't pick your hand up over your head more than a couple inches without touching the ceiling. The comforter cover was dirty. What got me the most though was parking. The garage attached to the hotel is $30/night. (Good luck finding a meter outside the garage). So for $30 plus the stay you could stay at a SUBSTANTIALLY nicer hotel. Nowhere on the website does it mention parking either. We won't be back. Plenty of good hotels in Prov.
I understand no breakfast service but could there have been individually wrapped muffins or bagels for grab and go? Also, we told the desk clerk the coffee had run out. It was replaced with a really odd tasting coffee. They did not notify me that rooms were not being cleaned. I ran out of wash rags and conditioner. Also, the parking is a problem. They tried to charge me for $90 for a 3 day stay, but I had to pay the parking lot attendant, who said they were not part of the hotel. That was a little sketchy.
It was very clean, staff was great, close to everything
nearby downtown Providence Parking is $26.00 dollars No valet service or busboy assistance with bags
Nice hotel with many bars/pubs/restaurants in the neighborhood. Forget the hotel bar, which feels and operates more like a McDonald's.
Staff were friendly and informative. Hotel was conveniently located for shopping and dining. Room was nice.
Had a nice time everyone was very nice and I would come back there
It's a nice hotel, well-located near the bus stops, RISD, and PPL. It's not exceptional, but I have no complaints.

I am sorry this happened. I am sharing this with our housekeeping team and General Manger.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Our internet went down as well as our phone service so we were unable to receive your calls.
