Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. Definitely would go back and recommend others to as well.

Nice boutique hotel n the city center. Walking distance to everything. 15 min walk to Brown University and RI school of design. Decor is modern and done with taste. Rooms are clean, spacious, modern. Restaurant serves good food and drinks. Menu is not extensive but sufficient. Defenetely recommend.

Upscale comfort and service. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Just a very clean, hip, friendly city hotel. Absolutely no issues - couldn't have been better!

Unfortunately for us we we on the floor below the health club-women up each morning at 5 to the thumping of the treadmills

Lovely and comfortable. Good location. We enjoyed our visit.

For the price it was just OK. Nothing especialy bad or good.

Had to be in Providence for business over the weekend. Spent two nights at the Renaissance… and can't wait to return, for a pleasure trip!! Beautiful, comfortable room, staff couldn't be better!

The bathroom tiles could have been cleaned better. Otherwise, everything else was on point.

Things were fine until we were getting ready to get into bed. We were traveling with an infant. I always examine the bed before getting in it. My husband and I saw a dead bug and several hairs on the bed. The manager was quite responsive and professional. She offered to change our room and gave us free breakfast vouchers. She really did her best to make it up to us. The people at the restaurant the next day were simply rude and unprofessional, at best. Furthermore, we were told that the room service fee and service charge would be removed from our bill. When we got home, we noticed a charge of over $15. The woman, Pattie, made it such a big deal to remove the charge. Overall, this was a really disappointing stay. I expected a lot more from this hotel.

This hotel had a lot of history and was truly a wonderful experience. Staff was exceptionally attentive, food was excellent and room was clean and quiet. Recommend this hotel and would come back again.

Great location and the restaurant downstairs was delicicous. Would definitly stay again.

Hotel was in a prime location. Room was really neat and clean

We were able to check in early as requested, to start our get away early. We quickly valet parked, dropped off our bags, and took the elevator straight to "Public", their restaurant / bar. The apps and drinks were perfect. The valet was able to get us a van that quickly got us to Atwells Ave. Our room was on the 4th floor and overlooked the state house. Just gorgeous. The beds were quite comfy after a night out.. Luckily, the room was very quiet for us. Our stay couldn't have been better.

We visited Providence to participate in a tour of art galleries in Providence. The Renaissance location and amenities fit our needs exceptionally well. Definitely recommend.

Loved staying here, the room was HUGE and the bed was really comfy. and the bathroom was almost as big as the room! my only complaint is that there were people next door to me that were very loud at like 2am but that is not the hotels fault really.

A weekend getaway for my husband and I. Upon check we requested a quieter room and recieved an end room, thought it was still loud at 1 am when we were going to bed. Our bathroom's hot water was horrible in the shower. It was inconsistantly hot and cold and needed constant adjusting. We were also treated to protesters outside complaining about the non union workers they hire. They were pretty loud as we could hear them around the side. They were not there when we got back. The location was good. My husband wasn't a huge fan of the bed but I thought it was comfy. The room was clean and room service was timely and the food was good.

Hotel was excellent. Has classic feel but updated with all modern amenities. Nice view of capital. Hotel staff very friendly and valet service quite prompt with getting car in and out.

great location and very comfortable ! was able to check in early and check out late!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff very friendly. Room was clean and elegant.
