This is the best spot to stay in Provicence. My only issue was the smell in the restaurant, they need to change the mats and spray it down with bleach because its terrible. Also the pancakes for breakfast were trash, I had to use a knife to cut them which tells you a lot about a place.

Very clean hotel, good location. Stuff was rude and wasn’t helpful in surroundings and attractions. Downstairs “restaurant” was overpriced for a very subpar breakfast choices. Overpriced parking fee for the area.

Comfy room - the valet was wonderful and fast- everybody at the counter was great. They had Kevin Murphy shampoo and conditioner. I was blown away by that complementary waters and coffee tea.. the highlight of my stay was definitely the little Thai lady who served in the public restaurant for breakfast. She was so sweet and funny and the best server ever. Yukadee i think was her name… she was the highlight of that hotel
