Pros: Room was spacious and clean. Great view, nice staff. Across the street from both the Amtrak train station and a major mall but no noise from either and quiet streets. Cons: no pool, hot tub, or sauna and no locks on the bathroom doors.

Due to weather related issues, we could not travel to Providence for our planned mini vacation. We made numerous efforts to contact the hotel in an effort to make alternative arrangements, but to no avail. We were not able to talk to a member of staff about the matter and were left on hold repeatedly. Such treatment shows a basic lack of respect. Never again!
