Rooms are spacious and fantastic! I specifically called Marriott prior to booking here to see which properties had pools in use, however when I arrived there was a sign pool is unavailable .
We liked the property had a pool. The hotel also smelled nice and clean. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was good.
I didn’t know that the hotel was just recently opening from being closed the entire pandemic. That should have been something that was stated on their website. The lobby would have you fooled because it smelled so nice and was so clean. But I should have know something was up when we pulled in the parking lot and there was pest control and disaster relief workers in the parking lot. Everything was closed, the pool, bar, outside seating areas, breakfast. The only breakfast was cereal. There are inspections constantly going on throughout the hotel. We stepped out and when we returned to our room there was a note under our door stating the water would be turned off the next day because of inspections. As far as the room, I’m glad I brought my own cleaning supplies (like I always do) but even wiping stuff down myself still didn’t make me comfortable having my kids in a dirty room. The mirrors and walls in the toilet and shower room were dirty with what looked like toothpaste splatters. The doors and glass partition had tons of dirty streaks from possibly other people sliding the doors open and closed. One of the blankets had a big yellow stain on it and the pillowcase had what looked like was dried up blood. Next thing was the mini fridge, my son opened it to put in waters and there were capris in juices that were opened and spilled all over the inside. It was honestly just a miserable experience, we didn’t even stay our entire time, we ended up checking out the next day.
It was a good location.
Clean room, upscale looking for the price, comfortable beds, friendly staff.
I was on the first floor right next to the lobby area with breakfast and bar. It was very noisy from early in the morning. It would be good to have breakfast go until 10 AM even during the week and a fuller menu at night. Otherwise I was pleased with everything.
Nice hotel. Modern and free breakfast. Ample parking
The room we stayed in was excellent and spacious. We were 5 people in a suite and it did not feel cramped.
The only drawback, there were a bunch of guys hanging in the parking lot by the corner late at night. We felt little awkward.
I did not get the room I reserved. Instead, they put me in an ADA compliant suite that was poorly cleaned. Food left in the fridge, trash in room, wine stains on the bar glass. Room was 59 degrees when I walked in, and the heater was noisy all night. Not the best experience, to say the least.
We stayed in one of the larger rooms that slept 5. Always prefer to all be together rather than get two rooms. The toilet is in a separate room from the shower which is nice for a crowd but was very small. Location was great for our needs - visiting relatives - but a bit out of the way for anything else. I would have given this an excellent rating but we found some papers from the previous guest that let us know the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned.
People ran in the halls screaming, knocked on our door, and played loud music until 3:00 AM.
