Most of my stay was nice! Clean room, comfy bed and we felt well rested! Most of the staff were quite friendly except for the guy who checked us in and out! We were never given directions to our room (which isn’t usually an issue except it was on the basement level but the room number was thought to be on the first floor). I had to ask and he sounded short when I asked! When being checked out I asked about the $200 deposit and was formed I would possibly get it back on my credit card! The room was left clean and with zero damage and I am still waiting 10 days later for the return! It took two seconds for my card to be approved. Why am I still waiting for the return ? I found this guy to be very rude! The rest of the staff were great!

Just the truth

We got put right at the end of s hall, by some room renos going on it was ok but the shower head holder was broken and the door slamed everytime u left .. i felt like i had to hold it to close it so i didnt bother the other rooms .. breakfast was great staff were nice ..pool was busy with kids .. over all 4 outa 5

A very modern hotel. There were only two of us but we had a huge 2 bedroom suite with 1 1/2 baths, a kitchenette, 3 TVs. The main bath was large and had a tub/shower. The bedrooms were large.

There was blood on the pillow. The bathroom door did not close properly. The carbon monoxide/smoke detector was going off for short periods of time for the whole stay. The shower was terrible. When you flushed the toilet the pipes in the walls rattled. There was leftover candy of the floor from previous guests.

Nicest room I’ve ever had!

Nice relaxing hotel, super great room and a wonderful price. One of the best I’ve ever had. My only criticism is that the mattress on the king bed was super soft and pretty worn out, but other than that the room was fabulous!

Everything was awesome. We had the king room with a fireplace and the jacuzzi tub, so the room was exactly what I needed after traveling around for three weeks so far. All staff was awesome, breakfast was great with lots of delicious options!

The Prestige Lodge #1 hotel in Prince George!

The best hotel in the entire city! I've never been so pleased by any other hotel in Prince George other than The Prestige Lodge it deserves not 5 stars but 10 and no less!! I recommend it to all family and friends!

Front counter service was great! The pool area is awesome for kids, so much fun and well kept! My only complaint would be a stain on our carpet. Breakfast was very good, only wished it would've been open past 9 as we missed it the one day.

Amazing for being in Prince George

Room was insanely awesome. However it is Prince George we are talking about so everything else but the hotel was pretty sketchy and crappy. We definitely got the best hotel in Prince George by far!

The bed was so old, it was soft because it had been used so much for so long, it was uneven and uncomfortable. The AC unit rattled and whined so much we couldn’t use it through the night, it was too loud and annoying to sleep.
