Rooms are not very big, good enough for 2 adults and 1 kid. Good for short stay. Lobby is clean. Housekeeping staffs are good and sincere. There is a small pool. Front desk agent Curtis was very nice and helpful. Only thing hotel must have a 24hrs security.
My Hubby and I stayed here for 1 night. Let me tell ya...this place is nice. Our room was very spacious. It contained a king sized bed as well as two comfortable chairs. The bed was a little hard, which wasn't a problem for us but could be for some. The bathroom was like a basic bathroom, nothing special. There was also a mini fridge but no microwave. The building itself is beautiful and well kept. The front desk staff were all really friendly and helpful. While waiting for the elevator the next morning, a housekeeper asked me to hold some towels fro her which of course I did. The world needs more nice people. We go a chuckle out of this and she was super nice. Overall, we would recommend this hotel.
Just spent 1 night here on my way to 100 Mile House. With all the smoke from the wildfires, Prince George was the closest airport. Comfortable room, friendly staff and good location (i.e. easy to find). Recommended
British Columbia is burning. The roads are plugged. It is 35 Celsius. We are pulling trailer. Just passing through. Couldn't bear the thought to just 'crash' for the night in a bug house which we normally do for fly-through short-stays. A pleasant surprise for PG. Professional staff, clean, very reasonable price, excellent location. And they honor Gold Member upgrades. Thank you. Breakfast would have been nice but our schedule demanded a 06:30 departure.... Upgraded to 2 BR suite, nice, clean, quiet, everything we needed. Air conditioning worked too well, lol.
The location is a little hard to get to because of the road configuration, but once there, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is helpful. There was some traffic noise in the room we had because of the proximity of the highway traffic.
This dated Four Points had one room left for us as we booked online, earlier in the day. We arrived late and were greeted by a kind employee, 'Orlando'. He comped our room without hesitation because there was an issue with the air conditioner. (We hadn't even been in the room yet) We settled in and noticed the bathroom was very small but bedding was crisp and white. We were awoken after an hour of sleep by a heavily intoxicated woman banging on a neighbour's door, begging to be let in. We ignored it. It happened two more times and woke us entirely. (Honestly Alex, just let your woman in, she's a hot mess.) Then Orlando arrived and threatened to call the police if she didn't stay in her room. He was firm but respectful. We took turns watching this 'entertainment' through our peephole while our children slept through it all. Kuddos to 'Orlando', who laid down the law. Beds were not comfy but the shower was full flow and hot; although the curved shower curtain rod dipped down so the curtain could not contain the water adequately. Orlando and the free nighttime drama was the best part of the stay.
Spent one night here in a deluxe king room. At first it seemed to be a nice enough room although nothing special. The A/C was extremely noisy when it cycled off...sounded like an out of balance washing machine or helicopter! The real issue was the bed...hard as a rock, with ill fitting, scratchy sheets. Once in bed we discovered that the duvet no longer had any "fluff" the stuffing was all condensed into hard little balls that was very uncomfortable to lie under. We tried to call both housekeeping and the front desk to ask for a different duvet but all calls went to an after hours recording (this was before 8 pm).We finally called the hotel external line and they sent up another duvet but it was just as bad. We stay in Prince George often but most likely won't return here even though I am a long time Starwood member and the beds in some of their other properties are outstanding...this was a very disappointing experience. The pictures show the bottom sheet and the duvet held up to the light.
We had a family reunion and most of us stayed at this hotel. There were no complaint. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We encountered no problems. Great hotel we would definitely stay here again.
This hotel is conveniently located right off Hwy 97 and is a nice clean & comfortable place with friendly staff. A small dining room with limited menu however, and breakfast is not included. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance but they may be of limited appeal, but many other choices within a short drive
King size bed, large well laid out room, clean rooms, and quite air conditioning. I have no complaints. Large well equipped and we'll designed space. The lounge could be classed up a little but overall, good service and a good day.
