You have to park across the street in the parade off site and the key card didn't work when trying to park the car. The front counter staff took a while to open the front door as it was locked. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was uncomfortable caused some back pain.

Rooms noisy ,room was only cleaned once during our stay had to ask for fresh towels and coffee and water every day ,no staff to speak of ,cafeteria dining room and lounge were all closed for Reno which had I know that when cheqing in I would not have stayed there ! Bathroom shower floor very slippery !,, easy to fall!! counter a nightmare see through shower wall a very bad idea! Advertises about an airport shuttle but they do not operate one any more! My only reason for booking was because of the shuttle . So many other things I can’t even remember! Check in service was very slow also ! I can honestly say this has been the worst hotel I have stayed ,Marion

Modern hotel downtown

Walking into the lobby it was spacious and modern, front desk attendant was friendly and prompt to help check us in. Our room was just as I remembered from previous stays, clean and quiet, and the glass wall bathroom was so much fun. Elevator and parking were both secured with the room key card so there was no chance of unexpected visitors. Pool and gym hours were excellent, being available until 11pm, so they could be enjoyed before retiring for the evening. Excellent stay.

Room and bathroom didn’t look anything like the picture and was very dated and used. Pillows and bed were uncomfortable. Bathtub was dirty and the faucet leaked. Heater was extremely loud. It felt like I got an Expedia downgrade.

Staff were great, room was clean. Surrounding area has plenty of restaurants within walking distance, but later at night was a little sketchy. The off site parkade was close, but parking on top floor and walking all the way down and back to hotel was inconvenient
