This site offers very secure and immaculate accommodations including secure parking. My room was excellent and very comfortable. This site offers excellent accommodation at a great price for anyone passing through Prince George. I will stay her again.

1. Parking is a task, separate building, limited small spaces 2. Always no towels at the pool, no connection to the front desk, have to go down stairs to the front desk to ask for towels every time 3. Found poo stain on the side of the existing toilet paper GROSS!!! Found a new roll and replaced it 4. Stayed for 3 nights, no house keeping at all. Requested house keeping on the third day, the front desk told me there will be no house keeping because they are too busy 5. Much homeless around the area, don't feel safe 6. Blinds wasnt working, had to untangle the strings at 5am to block the lights will not stay here again, many other choices around the area, Hyatt near by looks nice

This area is very unsafe and the parking garage located on a different side street makes it difficult to unload. If a senior or mobility issue person wanted to stay here, I would suggest somewhere else. To use the luggage cart you have yo be able to open doors yourself in the hallways of the floor and push the cart on a carpeted floor and down a tight entryway in the rooms. It was not worth the savings of $20 a night to stay elsewhere. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Had a Starbucks on site which was nice! Felt very unsafe outside of the front doors.

It was quite disappointing we were not informed that parking was offsite. We had a handicapped member of the family with us and it made it quite difficult for us. We let the team member know when we checked in and I also asked to make sure their room was close to the elevator. That sure didn’t happen and so we ended up having to swap the 2 rooms I booked so they were closer then us. When I asked I was told 333 was closer to the elevator. They were given 333 and we were given 318 and 318 was much closer to the elevator so that was disappointing. When I went to check out the I let the staff member know my concerns and she apologized and said there was parking at the front of the building for handicapped people. Again another disappointment after our struggle. I would say that the front desk needs a course in customer service and training.

Dirty coffee cups were not taken away, just 1/2 filled coffee cups laying on a broken counter. Couldn't get into the parking garage, after trying several times, i went in to the front desk, was given 2 new cards with no explanation or apology. At the same time my wife couldn't get into our room as her card wouldn't work either, she was trapped on the second floor not getting into our room or use the elevator to get to the front desk. The view of the roof and the office building was not a view I expected. All in all, our stay was not worth the money we paid.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful with directions! The hotel is nicely secured and well maintained. The building appears older on the outside, but the inside has been updated with many modern amenities! I will be back!

I did have an issue with my booking, but the agent in the hotel (not booking site) resolved the mistake the booking agent over the phone made. Hotel was clean and updated, security was very well done, the neighborhood can be a little scary for some, security was walking around felt safe when taking my dog for a walk. My son loved the pool and hot tub, we will definitely stay again.

Very dark and dreary in hallways and suite, even the bathroom. Door to room didn't close on its own. Handheld shower not working properly, exhaust fan didn't work, shower leaked into bathroom every time used, toilet seat was loose, mini fridge not cold enough, lumpy carpets. Parking is across the street up 4 levels. Taxis will take up loading zone but do not park in taxi zone to unload as you will get a ticket! Fortunately the bed was comfy and there was great place to put all our bags. Would not stay again.
