I find the rooms to be clean and comfortable. I have everything I need to enjoy my stay here. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. They have a wonderful breakfast bar. Close to all amenities.
I was traveling for work and do video editing on the side. I needed to upload a video for my employer but the internet was too poor to do so. I asked to move to another room to closer to the router for a better connection ad was told "we can't move you just for that". After all, its only my job right, that's not important. For reference I had only been in the room for about an hour and a half and there were other rooms available. There was also an issue with noise, I could consistently hear the room's tv next door.
was there for medical for my son. (place was chosen because it's closest to the hospital) but upon check in feb 19. evening. i asked front desk if we can upgrade to a kitchenette for my son. bc we have to boil his water. she said she can give me a hot water kettle like a tea kettle. i told her no we neet to boil his water for atleast 10 minutes. her reply was that she raised kids. not impressed will not be going here again. should not be shoving her parenting down others throats nor thinking that others are like her kids. mine was a premie and gets sick a lot and we have to becareful with him. is why we were there. but will not be going there again. sandman was nicer and more helpful
The people are fine, but the prices are getting a bit ridiculous in the off season to cost close to 100 dollars a night for 1 person. The room was fine, but heater/aircon was like sleeping in a 2 prop airplane. not top forget mentioning it make a clunking noise like someone trying to enter every 15 to 20 min.
Called motel ahead of time to make sure that an electrical outlet was available for a PU pulling a long trailer was available. Upon a very late arrival, the attendant was most helpful locating said plug. Very nice place for the cost.
I wanted to give this motel a 4 rather than a 3, but it came down to 2 things. For the number of rooms/guests, parking is inadequate. Also, the stalls are very narrow. Also, the breakfast that's included is the most meager I've seen to date. Very little selection and seating for only 12 people, despite the motel servicing hundreds at a time. Also, the poor guy that had to replenish breakfast supplies also had to work the front desk at the same time. He wasn't able to keep up. Positives: rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The location is very good, walking distance to restaurants, etc.
Love the stay, beds very comfortable. Newly renovated. They nice early breakfast waiting which was great Staff are wonderful, myself and crew will be coming back. Appreciate the no smoking Also very large rooms
Militant check in and Impartial check out, Outside has good street appeal but rooms need lots of GOOD upgrades. Good size rooms but quite noisy, window coverings don't fully cover windows and had outside ambient light in room all night and did not feel private. Some of the recent inside repairs are not of professional quality but efficient none the less but still require a lot of inside upgrading and repairs are desperately required. kitchens not fully equipped but okay. Otherwise clean. TV remote did not work. Had 2 rooms
We stayed here by choice during evacuation from wildfires near Williams Lake BC. Friendly, helpful staff were very accommodating. Beds are good. Parking a bit busy but not bad for July. Our favorite motel in PG!
We always stay here when travelling through Prince George. It is clean, quiet and the beds are good and the rooms are spacious. The front desk clerk is very friendly. My son even mentioned after that it was one of his favourite places to stay, which is saying a lot. It is not fancy, but it is absolutely perfect for our needs. The only bad thing I could think of is the parking. It is tight and limited.
