I like the area, close to everything down town and the rate is good. What I didn't like was when I decided to check out a day early, they didn't refund my money back, because I booked online, and that I couldn't get the refund, that upset me, and yet I checked out 10 20 am that morning.

Property was clean room was clean. Only thing missing from room was a coffee pot they do however have a coffee machine in the office to use.. Staff were extremely nice and professional. Surrounding area outside the building premises was okaish, (the tim hortons across the street was excellent except addicts coming and going and using on the stairs to enter tim hortons. But all in all good area just be cautious. But all in all was excellent 👌 Thank you and see you again the 23rd

We stayed there earlier in the week. Same great staff. Very helpful and polite. The smoking area was right outside our room, which was quite noisy especially when some drunk people returned at 3 in the morning. Neither one of us smoke, so it was a little smelly. As for the noise, it was brief, and I was willing to ask them to please keep it a little quieter, but it didn't last long, so we were fine. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff was great. Close to a lot of places to eat, and go for walks. This was good because we had our dog. So if you want a cheap place to stay that is clean and pet friendly, this is it.

Our room was tiny. The furniture were shabby. My blanket had a burn hole. I found a black, long hair on the shower curtain when we arrived and drywall dust on the bathroom walls. The area in which the hotel is located is very sketchy and there was a lot of marijuana smoking going on. I would not stay there again. Room cleaning and refill of shampoo and conditioner did not happen.

The staff was great and friendly. Parking was difficult because there weren't many spaces. However, the room was really clean and accessible for what we needed with our dog. There was a lot of vagrancy around the hotel, but that wasn't their fault. It's everywhere in PG. We had to walk through a group of people smoking pot to get to our door. I know it's legal and I have no problem with people who like to smoke it. I just don't like the smell at all and it hangs in the air. This was on hotel property in front of our door....don't know why there were right there and not in front of whatever room they had. The place must have thin walls because you can hear everything, people watching TV in the next room, the shower in the room above, people talking outside. I have to say though, the place was worth the money, so please don't be discouraged if you don't mind noise, and vagrancy. The room was very clean.
