The room had real technical problems. Namely, the chains were broken off the window blinds so they could not be closed. It was impossible to close them for privacy or sleeping. The water flow in the bathroom was so low it was impossible to have a shower, so we tried for a bath, but the stopper was such low quality it wouldn't keep the water in the tub. The room was above the kitchen for the breakfast. Staff left the door slam so many times when coming and going into and out of the breakfast room that it was impossible to sleep in. Very irritating. Otherwise the room and the bed were comfortable.

Not enough wheelchair parking. None around the back and back door is not push button accessible. Toilets are too low. In hindsight I should have booked a wheelchair accessible room. The A/C rattled when on so kept waking me up throughout the night.

During a heavy thunderstorm, water leaked through our window. No flood, nothing major, but there was definitely a puddle on thw windowsill. Let them know at front desk as i assumed it would be something they would want to look into...nope. They didn’t bother. One cleark did call up to make sure we didn’t need to go to another room. Hallways were dreadfully warm. Breakfast was less than mediocre. Clean throughout the building

This property was great, we enjoyed our stay. The only thing was when we went for breakfast at 9am there wasnt alot left and cutlery was low in stock. People were going through cabinets trying to find things. Overall a great stay, plan to be back.
