The "system" was down when we got there but managed to give us a key. The pool/gym is closed. The internet wouldn't work from the hotel wifi. The breakfast was really good.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was very quiet that night. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful (TV wasn't working properly but she solved problem quickly). Renovations going on in the another part of the hotel did not affect the part of the hotel I was in.

Too bad the details are passed on to customers

It wasnt the hotel's fault but Hotels.com should let the customers know when there are renovations happening and inform people that the pool and gym are closed. We booked this hotel because of the pool ammenity and we were very disappointed to find it was closed.
