Step inside to find a bright, open main level that blends relaxation and recreation. The fully stocked kitchen flows seamlessly into a spacious entertainment area where you can play a round of pool or lounge on plush seating beneath streams of natural light pouring through oversized windows. Just beyond, a charming deck awaits—grill your favorite meals on the BBQ, unwind beneath bistro lights, and soak up the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere.

This level also features one of the home’s comfortable bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a private workout room for guests looking to balance out Portland’s legendary dining scene.

Head downstairs to a beautifully furnished lower level designed for unwinding. Mix a drink at the wet bar and enjoy a movie night on the large flat-screen TV, or rejuvenate your body in the private sauna after a day of adventure. Step outside to the ground-level patio and gather around the fire-table for cozy evenings under the Oregon sky.

*There is one security camera placed outside overlooking the driveway, and one security camera placed near the back deck which is not guest focused. Please ask if you have any questions regarding this.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
