The hotel is a bit rundown, but has recently been remodeled. The rooms feel a bit cramped, and the bed felt like it was broken in half. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you’re taking the shuttle anywhere, though, make sure you keep tabs on them though. The process seemed a bit unorganized. It is located within walking distance of the Yellow Line, so you have an easy way to get to City Center and back.

Good breakfast. We were given a handicap accessible room and although we did not need it, I would say it was not set up well for handicapped people. The shower head was barely reachable by me standing. Would be impossible from chair. Worst thing was the fluctuating temperatures in the shower. You had to be ready to move out of the way because it would go from your set temperature to scalding to cold!

Good place to stay, clean, hot coffee all day, amazing breakfast, got free upgrade, happy customer!

I stayed here for a night in the middle of a whirlwind trip to Portland as my family was preparing to relocate there and I was scouting out places for us to live for the year. It was a really nice restful stay. The facility has clearly been updated recently, as many things are new and in great shape. Both my room and the common areas were clean and well-appointed. The shower had a nice high shower head and good water pressure. The free wifi was unusually reliable for hotel internet, and there's ample free parking. The morning breakfast buffet was decent. Should you forget anything or need to grocery shop, there's a convenience store right next to the hotel and it's a short, pleasant walk to a Walmart. The place was a bit understaffed at check-in, with just one person at the front desk as the phone kept ringing and about 6 parties waited to check in, but the clerk was unflappably pleasant and reasonably efficient. I would have liked a less poofy pillow than what was available, but still, I slept well and the bed was otherwise very comfy.

I was just looking for something economical close to the event I was attending. But this hotel turned out to be more than just bare bones. Rooms had a fridge and microwave, were nice and comfortable, continental breakfast was great. Nice-looking hotel in a nice part of town.

Well the beds are hard, the decor second rate, and the 2am smoke detector wake up because the ceiling was leaking water was not enjoyable. However they are located in walking distance to a train stop, provide a hot breakfast (same every day), and are cheaper by nearly 40% then the next location that I considered. So it balances out I suppose.

The hotel is a good deal, fair for the price. It's a bit noisy on the weekends.

Close to rail, Quick on/off I-5. Good value for sty with short commute to Vancouver for a meeting at half the price over the host hotel for the meeting. Down side is that fitness center opens at 6:30 AM. Way too late or a morning workout.

Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Could not ask for more, especially for the money we paid.

Everything about this hotel screamed "1996". From the bed spread to the tube tv. The ONLY redeeming factor was the breakfast, which was actually pretty decent. However, the food did not make up for the lack of decor from this century or (worse) seeing the housekeeping staff socializing and doing laundry through open doors. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra to get much much better accommodations.

The staff at the Days Inn were super nice and very helpful. I have no complaints in the staff area. I had some issues with the faucet in my tub popping off when I was showering. I told the front desk staff and that was fixed immediately. They are remodeling so I am sure the hotel will look much nicer when they are done. Overall the value was good for the money spent.

Ax was cold shower was has what more can you ask for.

Better than I expected. Ac worked good. Shower was nice and hot

Hotel place is about 5 miles away from downtown Portland, but it takes like 20 minutes from pioneer square stop to the hotel by MAX yellow. Staffs there are nice and breakfast is nice.

The location is okay if you take a max train and will take you about 20 minutes to get there from downtown seattle.

Overall,we were not impressed with the hotel. Television was not working even when we went to the front desk for assistance. Bed could have been a little more comfortable. We reserved a king room but got a queen instead. Not sure if we'd stay there again.

simple things like lotion or iron were missing in the room. the water kept running in the toilet and it suddenly ran out of cold water for a few hours- just got scalding hot water. the breakfast is decent but has so few seats that guest routinely had to either stand and eat or take food up to their room. on the plus side it does have free parking and free internet. it is also very close to the interstate.

It wasvery convenient, nearby and the staff was extremely kind, thoughtful and helpful. The gentleman running the breakfast bar deserves special commendation because he helped me so much to get my day's nutrition.

If your looking for a budget priced hotel this will work

I stayed there for 3 nights on a business trip. Good location if you are attending show at Expo. Family restaurant next to the hotel is nice. Room was clean. Some highway noise. Good value overall.
