For even more dining and shopping, Porirua city is only a five-minute drive and offers supermarkets, restaurants, and plenty of eateries.
The home features a fully fenced backyard, ample driveway parking, and a sunny front garden perfect for afternoon relaxation. Inside, you’ll find a spacious kitchen equipped with an espresso machine, bread maker, and rice cooker, two comfortable bedrooms, a lounge with a generous board game collection and double sofa bed, plus a bathroom with both bath and shower.
