Great location. Room was cozy but not small. I think it lacked air con? Staff were helpful. Parking on site was extra but very convenient. Breakfast add on was a good buffet.

Found the breakfast menu expensive. Amazing location - close to almoost everything. Airport express easy access, though maybe difficult to reach with big luggages.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff well all friendly and courteous and the hotel was in a great location. You could take the elevator straight down to Lampton Quay. However car parking was a little pricey. Also, I like to watch a little TV before going to sleep, unfortunately the TV wasn't working properly. Apart from those two minor faults, I was quite happy with my stay.
