Friendly, helpful staff. I felt like the pandemic is being taken seriously and was comfortable with the safety measures in place.
The pictures on this site of the property are not correct. We chose a Patio room in order for our Grandmother to be able to see the pool area (and the children playing) from the room/patio as the temperature permitted only to find a hedge growing across the entire fence and no view of the pool. I was very disappointed and that disappointment was not well received by the front desk staff.
I like the pool side and the cleanliness no complimentary breakfast offered for $160 per night rate. Expensive!
Great gym! Nice breakfast Manager allowed a late check out
This hotel is a STEAL for the price. It’s huge, clean, lots of amenities and friendly, accommodating staff. There was no weird smell (stale or weird cleaning smell) in the room like a lot of hotels have it was a pleasant surprise! Location is awesome right by freeway and club sport attached (however didn’t make it over). Would DEFINITELY stay here again. Feel like you get way more for your money here!
bathroom was big, clean, but there was no counter space to put things on. The counter in the adjoining room was nice but the door was in the way of making things easy to get to the bathroom. Everything else was excellent.
It was a really nice and clean hotel, lobby is beautiful and luxury. My room was clean and spacious. I definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to stay for a while in Bay area.
It was very nice stay . I don't have anything to say bad about this motel
Located at the crossroads of 2 major highways and close to BART this hotel is very conviently located. Rooms were clean and nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The warm chocolate chip cookies are great touch at the end of the day.
The hotel recently changed from the Hilton to Double tree, but seemed they did not get their computer system ready for the change. There were many people who's confirmation # would not go through because it was for the Hilton at time of booking, over an hour to check. Other than that hotel was great.
This was a very comfortable hotel. Typically Hilton! But the big surprise was the free use of the amazing sports club next door. For the value this was the icing on the cake! I'll be back for sure!
Stayed just one night on Labor Day weekend. Hotel was full, but the staff was very efficient and accommodating. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Easy access to I-580 and I-680. Did not use the pool or restaurant.
We had a fantastic deal offered for a per night stay at the Pleasanton Hilton. Unfortunately the lobby/bar and halls were total chaos and ridiculous conditions. We had to endure drunken, loud and obnoxious patrons in the lobby and up and down the halls late at night trying their best to be rude. I asked upon checking out if there was a special the hotel ran in their bar because the noise level was ridiculous and I also explained the rude guests loud, F bombing ruckus they made both nights. The desk clerk just said they had "alot of people staying at the hotel this weekend".. My husband and I checked out and within a half hour of our drive home, we hear on the radio of the "great happy hour deals at the Hilton in Pleasanton".. So maybe the clerk should have mentioned that they have such a "deal" every night and weekend so families know of what they will have to endure if they decide to stay at this hotel.. We will not EVER stay at this hotel again. Very sad that the clerk lied and that also the hotel doesn't offer free wifi.. really in 2013?/ $7.00 a day fee for that is sad.. Hilton family.. take a tour of your hotels and make your name good again.
$10.00 for internet, seems "bush league" to me.Did enjoy the fitness center.
Didn't have much time to enjoy all that the Hilton had to offer.
I was always greeted and provided with exceptional courtesy from the staff. I was well informed of the amenities I was entitled to (e.g., Fitness facility, Courtesy Shuttle to any destination of my choice, Dining hours, etc.). The business center could use an improvement as it is too publicly visible which make it difficult to work on confidential business matters; the hotel may want to relocate this to a separate location within the lobby area isolated from incoming and outgoing guests. Overall, I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again the next time I am in Pleasanton.
