The guy with the beard and glasses that checked us in was too talkative about his healthcare Insurance, taking too much time to check in. This was also done to the couple checking in before me. Checking in took longer than it needed to take... a little aggravating. The lady employee in the breakfast area with blonde, curly hair was WAY too loud, she would loudly correct the customers in the breakfast area and was socializing too much instead of watching the food trays that were running low. The older lady cleaning the elevator was nice and doing a good job.
At the property was close to freeway and shopping, I didn’t like about property was I was close to room, two big dogs to barking dog. 😄
We needed management to contact us over a change to the reservation and after several calls and e-mails gave up

The name of the town fits. What a pleasant stay we had. The hotel staff was so sweet and friendly and they make sure they are taking care of you. The room was nice and clean. The area is clean and safe w lots of stores and restaurants very close. The for t desk guy David was so sweet and friendly and gave us a great welcome.
Overall, this is a fine establishment. The rooms are clean. The bed is soft. The staff friendly. The location is ... fine, I guess, for a far-off suburb of San Francisco. My only complaint is the substitution of a hot breakfast for a “grab and go” bag. And there was no coffee. The staff said it wouldn’t be available until Monday (this was Friday). Can we please stop using Covid as an excuse to trim costs?? There was no masking or social distancing in the lobby. Covid was clearly not a concern. Please just bring back warm eggs and short stacks.
There's no real main entrance into the facility. Although it's close to the freeway it was fairly quiet.
The pool & hot tub were nice, the breakfast was good, had problems with the electronic room keys....they only worked once, then you had to go back to the office to get them re-initialized every other time you used them?
Nice views, pool and hot tub. The breakfast is excellent too. Building is a bit dated but clean.

Very last minute booking for a 24 hour trip up here. This hotel was easy to get to, VERY CLEAN, and spacious. The breakfast is the typical mediocre best western continental breakfast but it’s free and therefore totally worth it. The room was very clean and had a microwave and a fridge - we just stayed at a 5 Star botique hotel that had neither! It’s near the freeway but we sleep with the AC on so no noise was ever heard.
Went to sf outlet after walking all day decided to stay overnight instead of drive home. Hotel was clean Breakfast had a lot of options Peets coffee house right next door
Not a bad place to stay , clean rooms , friendly staff, good location. Only downsides were a slightly firm bed ( not a big deal) and the freeway is pretty loud because it's literally next to it. Would recommend if you needed to stay there
Hotel is conveniently located, but very close to the freeway and has no sound insulation. Seems like a lower chain that was repurposed to a Best Western and not up to their usual standards in many others I've stayed in. Wouldn't recommend to business travelers.
