Allowed early check in Allowed late check out Nice staff

The night check in clerk was as friendly as a boil that needed to be lanced. The morning check in clerk was absolutely delightful. They’re trying really hard to get rid of the riff raff and I appreciate it. But, they are a long way away. The towels felt like sand paper. The room furniture was so stained, we put a sand paper towel down on it before sitting. The bed cover was gross and needed to be cleaned. Sheets were clean. Pillows were wrapped in crinkle plastic like as if you’re in prison or a 3rd world county hospital. We quickly purchased our own pillows. It was one night, it served its purpose. There were two vehicles near ours that either were abandoned or someone was living in them. Another element they need to correct.

The bathroom faucet was broken so the water was running the whole time. The tv would not stay turned on due to a lose wire. The door had no lock from the inside so my toddler was able to just push it open, we put our luggage in front of it during the night. The hotel was extremely loud due to the liquor store on the bottom floor.

The price was fair ice machine didn’t work no buckets for bugs crawling around but you get what you pay for

It was just an average room. I was only there for a good night sleep.

Air conditioning, tv, tub had non-slip bottom, furniture was nice but liners in drawers were dirty.

Convinient location. Next to a gasstation and 7-11

My first clue should have come when I called the Springtown on my cel. and the Receptionist was unable to provide driving directions. She was "not from the area." When I finally arrived on my own, I found the room totally unacceptable. Very difficult stair access. Ugly dark brown carpet. A/C barely functional. And neighboring rooms full of long-term "residents" with liuor bottles posted in their windows. It felt like a college dorm, but more run down. I canceled my reservation, and moved to the Hilton down the street, where I found a beautiful room, ground floor, and helpful staff. What a difference...
