The Plantation House is unique to Playa del Carmen. Quietly located
between the chic area of Playa's famous 5th Ave. and famous white
sandy beaches only one block from each.So getting around is made easy,
our guests love being able to stroll from place to place knowing that
we are not far from anything.
It's style Inspired by the grand Caribbean Island estates. Boasting
abundant, large openings dressed with adjustable white shutters and
decorative fret work, which lets that cool sea breeze flow in.
Together with the antique patterned floor, the Plantation House will
take you back to the Victorian era, when vacationing was a truely
elegant affair. There is a large wooden deck overlooking the
courtyard and pool, through the mature trees. Perfect for a book or a
little brunch.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe. Limited housekeeping is available.

Loved this place. Clean, bright,safe. It doesn't feel like you are staying anywhere else but home.Close and safely convenient to multiple places in the city.The property owner made it very easy to make any changes, (with them personally). In the future I will simply book through them. Home away has a very confusing and "shifty" way of charging on the site. My only recommendation email them first you will avoid lots of hidden charges and headaches.

Dream Vacation

My boyfriend and I decided to rent out the St. Martinique suite back in May 2009. This was our first time renting a vacation rental. Once we arrived, we were very glad we did. The condo was clean and quite with a beautiful view of the center garden and pool located on the lower floor. The condo was also had a caribbean decor to it, which added to our fun. The bedroom also has an A/C which made our stay very comfortable. The Plantation House is also in a great location, about two blocks away from the most beautiful beach and just around the corner from 5th Avenue where the night life and restaurants are located, yet the Plantation House remains quite and a great place to relax and sleep. Joe and his family are very friendly and helpful. I know that my boyfriend and I plan to return to Playa Del Carmen and we plan to stay at the Plantation House again. I highly recommend the St. Martinique Suite and the Plantation House. It was a great vacation and stay.
