Lakefront property at its finest, recently renovated designer house.
Beautiful Twin Island Lake. The peace and tranquillity of a non-motorboat lake is something to truly love & enjoy. Enjoy the large deck that overlooks the beautiful Lake. This is our family summer home and we put much care into ints maintenance; You will find everything in the house of high quality.
A remote sanctuary minutes from the town, this home delivers the much-needed 'Good Life'.
Strictly no smokers, please.

The lake house also offers close proximity to ski resorts (Catamount, Mohawk, Windham, Butternut), terrain parks and many cultural events (Bard Summerscape, Tanglewood, Omega).
Land Conservancy hiking trails or the Appalachian trails are another draw year-round. Stissing Mountain is just a short walk away along with the trails of Thompson Pond and Stissing Lake.

The interior of the house is comfortable, light and airy, with windows that look out on the lake. Exerior needs some work, washing machines underground, area could use some clean up. Lost running water for a day due to problem with pump, owner on it immediately. Location was terrific, about halfway between Rhinebeck and the Massachusetts border. Good walks in beautiful countryside.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
An overall air of messiness when you first arrive at the property. The property exterior is not well maintained- grass uncut, paint chipping, paths dirty overhangs, window sills, broken mirror. Layout very strange with the only bathroom directly off of the kitchen. Furniture basic and definitely nothing about the home is designer.
