The host was very helpful took a little bit to find thermostat up stair it was behind dresser then got everything warmed up lol nice place comfortable beds

Overall yes. Just a couple of things.The pool table was in terrible shape.The bed upstairs looked like it was about to fall, the footboard was leaning so bad.Internet was terrible, never could get internet. It would connect and then say no internet.

Great place in PF, TN

The owners/managers are wonderful. We needed a battery for the remote and the had them instacarted to us. They were very responsive and the house was amazing!! The furniture in the living room needs to be updated, but that would not keep me from returning. It was a great relaxing week that I needed!!!

1st Anniversary weekend

Overall, we had a great stay and loved the area and as always loved pigeon forge. The cabin was great and in a nice quiet community. The only complaint we would have about this cabin is the furniture, a few appliances, lighting fixtures, and some amenities are a little out dated. Other than that the VRBO host is very quickly to respond on questions and comments we have.

Overall the cabin was very nice. Needs some upgrades and additional kitchen items and a few minor items that I had mentioned to host. I loved how quickly I got responses from him. That was great. Excellent location -- If you want to be close to everything in Pigeon Forge this is your place.

Loved our stay here. Kids loved playing pool and hot tub. Indoor pool and table tennis at the property was equally hit with my kids. Close to parkway.

Carpet could use a good cleaning. The commodes could be taller. They are more like children’s commodes. Remember that there is a small leak under the downstairs bathroom sink. TV would go off and on?

Great location, responsive host

Great location & comfortable beds which were big pluses that were very important to us. Extremely helpful & responsive host. A few tweaks (new shower curtain, more towel racks etc) would bump this up to a really great spot.

Was NOT as described

We arrived at around 2am. Didnt see much of the olace before we went right to bed for a full day of activities the next day. Got up in the morning and headed out. Staying at the cabin for the majority of the next day we started really looking at the cabin. It was NOT clea . The floor made your feet so black we had to make a stop to buy slides to not wall barefeet from the shower to the bedroom. Hair in shower, pool table was inlevel could not play. The furniture was in varied states of disrepair peeling and broken super wobbly chairs. Messaged the owner or property manager i will say very responsive but it did nothing to help with the overall expierence. It is located in a good spot close to everything. The slope is pretty steep. The people next door are connected theough a door like a hotel and we could hear EVERYTHING. Again responses were very quick he did say the cabin was missed and offered to have someone clean it. But after you already are in and your stuff everywhere that really isnt something we were comfortable with and would do nothing for the dirty carpet and firniture. I hurt my leg on one of the chairs ad it had a piece broke off around the bottom. We ended up leaving a whole day early. We were regunded the cleaning fee but had to ask for that. Us leaving a fay early wr should have been refunded a portion of our stay ad well. But doubt that will happen. In all the places i have stayed i have not ever had an expeirence like this. Weekend getaway

Cabin was very nice and clean, Amy questions I had were answered within minutes. We would def recommend staying here to anyone. The only concern was the hottub was set at 75 so as we were about to jump in we realized it was freezing and couldn’t use it. Would have been nice to access that. Also the pool wasn’t kept clean and there were several loose cement blocks on the ground that sliced my foot in pool area
