I am very thankful we only needed to stay in our last night. This was very dirty, outdated and it stunk. We were very concerned about the elevator as it seemed like it was not functioning properly. This motel was very inconvenient and wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
The big spacious rooms with the little balcony on the backside of the room! Highly recommend staying here!!!
Caution. This property will hold $100 deposit that will be released upon checkout. We are a clean family, no smoking, no pets, that stayed only 1 night. This property KEPT the $100 deposit and processed it through our account (not pending). Fortunately, I’m an educator that watches our finances closely and my husband will call today for answers and the refund we deserve. Frustrating. Again, we left the room very clean and tidy. This is sketchy and very inconvenient. (Limited English with front counter service staff)
We enjoyed our stay at Red Roof Inn & Suites. The kids enjoyed the pool. The staff was very nice and respectful! Loved the free breakfast that was compensated. Overall the room was nice & clean. The beds were clean and made to perfection. Only thing I did not like was you had to take your used towels yourself to the front office to change in for new ones but I also understand it is just the hospitality business.

Booked this motel because it was "pet" friendly, however it is not. Was told if dogs bark then money will be taken, and kicked out of the motel. Ridiculous.

Nice, clean room! My only issue is first of all, the pool doesn’t open till 10 am and that’s only if they get it cleaned in time. We drove up for the night and the pool was the main part. We really wanted a morning swim before checkout and at 10:45 when we were checking out, the pool still wasn’t open and people were lined up waiting to go in.
Perfect location, very busy but did not hear noise from other guest in our room. Staff was friendly at check in and check out!!!

I am not sure why you would post all of this, as you did get your deposit refunded back to your card that you used at check in. It is like any other refund that takes 3 to 5 business days to post to a debit card and up to 15 business days to post to a credit card. This depends upon your bank as to how fast you get it.

We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. Please keep in mind that we do not kick you out or take your money just if a dog barks. We let everyone know that they must be courteous to other guest during their stay. If their pet barks excessively, we will have to call you and have you take your pet with you during the rest of your stay.
