The person at the front desk who checked me in was kind, competent and professional. The room had a bad smell (maybe someone smoked in there) and it looked kind of unclean. I was too tired to complain that night but looking back I should have asked for a different room. I won’t stay here again

After driving 10 hours through the day we wanted a place to stop for the night and this hotel was rated well. The room smelled musty and they must have a fly problem because there were fly strips in the hall and some type of bug zapper by the food area. The milk was expired. And when we woke up to go down to breakfast in the morning there was mud all over the floor from the elevator to the entrances. The staff was just standing around the front desk drinking coffee. Again for as much as I payed I was expecting way more than what we got.
