Lack of Hospitality to Indigenous Guests

My family and I had an unpleasant experience during the continental breakfast. We were the only Indigenous family in the space and noticeably the only group that was not greeted. When I said “good morning” to a staff member named Bill, I was ignored, even as he made a point to warmly greet other non-BIPOC guests. This left us feeling singled out and unwelcome.

We were in town for a family get-together. This was a very pleasant stay with an incredible view of the river outside our window. One thing that I would appreciate is if the hotel would specify whether the "river-facing" rooms have a balcony. We were the only room on the second floor without a balcony, which was unfortunate.
