Other than a plus for location, this property rated poor. At check in at 4:30 on Saturday afternoon for a Premier King unit we wondered if, given little evidence of customers, we could get a riverview unit as recommended. We were told since we booked on Expedia we couldn't get one. My wife killed a large insect on her first visit to the bathroom. A two place sofa in the room was in deplorable condition with stained and torn fabric. TV reception was poor with fading reception on all channels. The shower conditioner container was empty. Breakfast was average in options and quality. At checkout early Sunday the desk was not staffed. A bill was dropped under our door during the night so we left keycards at the desk and departed. I checked my Visa bill mid morning Monday and noted an extra $10 was charged. I called the hotel to question the extra, was told they held the $10 on my card for incidentals which we did not use. I asked if and when my card would be credited. The clerk din't know. This hotel is ruining a great riverfront location.
