I’d pass on this one

Checking in the staff was hard to understand and wasn’t friendly at all the room was in a separate building next door. The ice machine was only in the main building. The room appeared up to date and clean but smelled of smoke bad, the room was non smoking. The rooms have a view of an automobile place Ior someone’s back yard, there was a car and a truck on jacks. We went to get breakfast 40 minutes before it was supposed to be done and they were out of almost everything and they never restocked.

I was very disappointed when I was looking for a hotel as I was staying for a long duration of time and saw laundry as an amenity. Then upon arrival there was no such services for the customer. It’s false advertisement and unfair to an info stating that was looking for that amenity while on a trip. Then the employee was rude in explains that there was no laundry.

Everything was dirty, from curtain pullers to the chair. The front desk attendants were not helpful and lacked customer service skills. It was noisy and you could hear it every time a toilet was flushed in the building.

The A/C in our room was ineffective. Was off and the room was stifling when we checked in. Could not get temperature below 84 F an hour after we checked in.

Looks can be deceiving. The outside of the hotel is dated and appears as a 2star hotel would. The interior alonh with the rooms are much nicer than expected. Although the bathrooms could use a refurbish. The location has provided Tesla Destination Chargers for staying guest and the price was more acceptable than other hotels with similar quality rooms.

Hotel defines mediocrity. It feels grungy. It has an 80’s theme in the room areas - not because they were going for that, but because it’s not had any updates since then. The lobby area isn’t bad and has been updated relatively recently. The bathrooms are small and everything is a slow drain which makes it easy to clog. Then they give you a crappy plunger that doesn’t work. “Hot” breakfast is not. Food was cold. Selection of eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, and waffles was ok, but it was all cold. Given the experience, the cheap price was overpriced.
