Fantastic resort with friendly and helpful staff at a reasonable price. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit. Close to the beach and with beautiful pools to wash the salt water off. Also plenty of restaurants to choose from.

I had a 3 night stay at this hotel and it was awesome! I was looking for a place outside of the craziness of Patong. I was advised not to stay in Patong and after seeing it first hand, I'm very happy that I made that choice! This hotel was very close to all of the action, but in a nice quiet area near beautiful Kata Beach. The staff was very friendly and responsive to my needs and it was apparent that customer service was a very high priority for them. The breakfast had everything you could want and was fresh and healthy. There are also 2 very nice pools, but I was not able to use them during my stay. I will definitely stay here again!

During my stay at Chanalai Resort, i was impressed how they treat their customers with outstanding customer service. The staff are very accomodating and courteous. They attend to my needs as soon as possible even beyond what is required. I recommend this resort foe those who wanted to visit Phuket Thailand and I will defenitely choose the same hotel when i get back.

Upon arrival at the resort you are greeted by smiling faces of well-groomed and dressed staff, offering greetings and taking any load you may have away from you. As we had pre-booked the check-in process was relatively fast and as we sat down for our welcome drink in reception, our eyes feasted on the beautiful surroundings, with water falls cascading into the first of the two swimming pools with a swim-up bar and sun lounges with umbrellas around the edge. To the right hand side is a large restaurant area over two levels. As you continue up the small sets of stairs you arrive at the second swimming pool and bar, again surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas, both pools sporting shallow children’s areas for peace of mind. The rooms start to surround the pool area with the ground floor rooms all with their own courtyard and gate to the pool area. There are many different room types designed for your needs and your budget, with the majority of the 10 levels of rooms overlooking the pool areas and the rest with a nature outlook, our deluxe, superior room overlooked the natural jungle and the water of Kata Beach. The staff, are accommodating to all of your needs, maintaining your room through to impeccable service at the supplied breakfast in the mornings, which is a smorgasbord of food covering all nationalities with the variety and a multitude of staff responding to your every need. Everything is clean and ready for use with my only suggestion being a secondary or larger toaster as there was often a queue of people waiting their turn at toasting their bread. When heading out on your daily adventures the gate staff will offer you a taxi to take you wherever you are going. We, generally walked around the surrounding areas as most things are within walking distance of the resort with the beach 5 minutes away, sporting all manner of activities from parasailing to surfing, all with spectacular views and sunsets for the romantic couples to die for. The shops, bars and restaurants merely across the road from the resort and littering the streets all around, with a variety of different tastes and prices to suit your budget. As far as bartering for prices on the streets, I found that it wasn’t worth the effort unless it was with the taxis and Tut tuts, as on most occasions the prices are set and the locals generally took offence at our attempts to reduce their prices. To summarise, our 14 days stay has been an enjoyable experience with the staff, who all speak English well and are happy to assist with the local Thai language for those guests wishing to learn. We would highly recommend The Chanalai Flora Resort as a place to stay whilst enjoying the sights and the Thai culture at Kata Beach.

Our first visit to Chanalai Flora. The very friendly & welcoming staff made us feel very welcome at the resort. Special thank you to: M, Mow, Bank, Kee & Manager Jeab - good job, well done, we appreciate good service. Good rooms, great pools, excellent staff. We will be back to see you all again. Thank you.

This place is fantastic. We extended our 5 day stay here by a further 2 days because we loved it so much and we are actually booked in to return for a third time after going to another island. The staff are awesome and can not do enough for you. So many nice touches from them means that the service is second to none and it makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. The breakfast is excellent too. It is served until 11.00 a.m. so we could go for a swim in the sea and then return for a leisurely breakfast. We can not praise the hotel highly enough. A fantastic place to stay.

There are hundreds of hotels in Phuket. But this one certainly stands out because of its staff. Rhylle and her team are amazing. Though they have a tough job, they are always smiling and try to be helpful. The check up on you now and then to see if everything is OK. Excellent service. I have been coming here for eight or nine times and have stayed in many places. However, I would definitely come back here because of the wonderful staff. Breakfast is great. There’s a variety, something for everybody. Rooms are spacious and clean. Cannot ask for more.
