My husband and I were in Karon beach last week and stayed here for 8 days. The hotel is so beautiful. The pool is gorgeous and the water is the perfect temperature! The restaurant has good food with great service. You can order food and they will deliver it to your room, poolside etc You can even eat at the tables that are in the water! The rooms are great and are kept exceptionally clean. Its a a little walk to the beach, but they do have a shuttle that leaves and returns a few times a day. We walked no problem. The jacuzzi and spa are wonderful ! If you are staying in this area, I highly recommend this resort! You can not beat the price and the accommodations!
Stayed two weeks at the hotel with my family at the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious, service was great (including room service, front desk, restaurant and massage). Kids liked the swimming pool on the roof and the view from room was excellent. Would like to visit the place again!
The Pacific Club Resort in Karon Beach, Phuket, Thailand. I am a little behind in posting this but I just completed what I believe is my 12th stay at this absolutely wonderful resort. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the bedding the most comfortable and the staff incredible. The grounds are meticulously groomed and the infinity rooftop pool is fantastic. Breakfast is sumptuous and all of their food is fresh , tasty and very reasonably priced. I doubt you could find a better meal at a comparable price anywhere in Thailand. They offer rooftop pool snacks and bar service most of the day and they also have a Jacuzzi and a little bridge over the Jacuzzi to their Sauna which is open from 4 pm to 11:00 pm. They offer many island tours and activities. Motorcycle are available for rent at very reasonable rates. It truly is a wonderful, relaxing and very enjoyable resort away from the hustle of Patpong which is only a 15 minute ride if you choose to go there. There are plenty of other local eateries close by if you decide to venture out and explore, which I am sure you will do. (The rooms are all a little different and the room photos I am posting are from 2 different rooms) I am looking forward to my next stay in about 4 months. Thanks to one and all at the PCR for keeping this place so special.
We stayed here for four nights at the end of January. The hotel is set in a lovely location with lovely views in all directions. We asked for a room on the upper floors and we were lucky enough to get one on the 4th floor which gave us the best views. The swimming pool was a rooftop pool and was really peaceful and just what was needed after a long flight to relax by . You could also purchase a good selection of food throughout the day. The pool itself was lovely too. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of food including homemade marmalade and jam which was delicious. The staff at the hotel are its biggest asset. They are always smiling and are extremely helpful. The rooms are also kept really clean and were of a high standard. I would recommend this hotel as its location gives you the best of both worlds. You can visit the nightlife of Phuket but return to the peace and quiet of the hotel. Although we loved this hotel we would not return as Phuket itself was not somewhere we particularly enjoyed and we would not return to. U .
My husband and I stayed here for the last part of our Thailand travels and what a fabulous end to the holiday it was. The staff were extremely helpful, the room was very spacious with lots of storage and felt really homely. The breakfast here was amazing, freshly cooked to order options as well as a fresh buffet and continental breakfast to have as well. We spent a day by the pool and had lunch, pool service too which was great. We weren’t overly keen on Phuket, we were there for a wedding and to fly home, but this hotel was an absolute dream to escape to and we would of happily stayed there longer which obviously says something. We stayed in 7 different places and this was probably our favourite!! Well done Pacific Club, you made our visit to Phuket a very memorable one!
lovely quiet hotel around 10 min walk from the centre,we stayed 8 nights and thought the hotel was perfect for us first class rooms and rooftop pool was very nice, also very nice food both at breakfast and dinner but what makes this place special is the staff who are fantastic, would highly recommend if staying in karon.
Pacific Club is a great choice of hotel if you are looking to stay near Karon Beach. Its a 15 mins walk to the beautiful Karon beach, located on a slight uphill, the rooms and the pool have great views of the sea. The rooms are beautiful, pool has amazing sunset views and the herbal bath extremely therapeutic. The staff is good and helpful.
Excellent service, friendly staff, in a convenient, quiet location. Charming boutique hotel with an excellent restaurant-had one dinner and breakfasts during our four night stay. Ate at two different restaurants down the hill; inexpensive ($6 pp)and good - Sweet and Sour and Tom Yum. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
I have mixed feelings about our stay at Pacific Club. What's good: We got a suite - it was huge (especially compared to other places we'd been staying in), really clean and comfortable, and had a wraparound balcony with a view. We loved the rooftop infinity pool - a great place to relax after the beach and watch the sunset before heading out for dinner. The walk back from the beach is a bit steep but overall it's not a far walk (~15 mins). The staff was generally very helpful and willing to help with things like laundry, tours, etc. What's bad: - The food was absolutely atrocious. We ate dinner once at the hotel. I ordered a pad thai & my friend ordered a quesadilla. The pad thai was completely flavourless and the quesadilla was... not a quesadilla. It had raw onion, lettuce and tomato in it, and was basically just a tortilla with cheese melted on it, with some veggies and another tortilla thrown on top. It's at least in part our fault for ordering "western" food there, but don't put something on the menu that you don't know how to make! We had similar experiences with the breakfast - the buffet food was adequate, but the a la carte options were awful. Even though they came as part of the breakfast, we stopped ordering them because they were terrible. - While much of the staff was great, there were a few people who worked the front desk who did not have a firm (or any) grasp on English (but thought they did). This made important communications very difficult at times. I understand that English is not their first language and that's totally reasonable, but maybe don't put someone at the front desk who doesn't speak English when the majority of the guests are English speaking.
Exceptional hotel! We loved this place and it was the best place we stayed at during our 3 week vacation in Thailand! We are a couple and traveling with our adult daughter and were warmly greeted upon arrival with a refreshing drink. We booked the suite on the top floor for 3 nights around Christmas. We were amazed at all the space in the 2 bedroom 2 bath suite, which had a kitchen area and sitting area, super clean, and a beautiful huge patio with a gorgeous view looking out toward Karon Beach. At night the patio was so peaceful and I could see fireworks in the distance for holiday celebrations. The rooftop infinity pool was awesome! We loved relaxing in the pool, enjoying the stunning ocean views and sipping on delicious cocktails. We took the short walk to the beach but the pool at the hotel was so awesome we just relaxed there the next 2 days. Breakfast buffet was delicious. We loved the made to order omelettes, variety of Thai dishes, assortment of fruits, Pacific Club special juice and the coffee! Staff was super helpful and always around when we needed them, helping to get us taxis, free up parking at the hotel lot, find our way around town and we had great service at breakfast and at the pool. We all had the Thai massage at the hotel and it was very reasonably priced and the best one we had of the whole vacation. We drove to the hotel from the airport and the only thing I would advise is that if you are driving the sign from the main road pointing to the hotel is not easy to see – it is viewable coming from the other way, but not driving south from the airport. Thank you Pacific Club for a very relaxing, fantastic, memorable stay!!!
