This reset was amazing. This place just checks all the boxes for service, facilities, location and affordability! Not on complaint to be had.
Loved the rooftop pool! It offered great views and a quiet spot to reflect. All meals were terrific and we found them reasonably priced. We were upgraded to one bedroom, and loved the apartment-size space! Staff were very pleasant, especially in the lovely restaurant. Breakfast In the garden was a great way to start our day. Should we return to Phuket, we would definitely stay here again.
The hotel was located in an ideal area, peaceful and calm, away from the hustle bustle of traffic noise and crowded streets. Close by walking distance to the stores, restaurants and beaches.
Only thing I would change is the occasional waft of garbage, coming from where? Was it built next to a dump?
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Pacific Club Resort. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. The tile floor at times can be noisy when guest roll their luggage on their way in and out. I would stay a the Pacific Club Resort again. The menu at the restaurant could use a little more variety.

Actually we can't tie the breakfast to key cards cause some Guests book room rates which don't include breakfast, but if you lose or forget your coupon, staff can check and you won't have to go back to your room and look for the coupon.
