I had high expectations for my stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by several issues, most notably a severe case of food poisoning. I became ill after eating a meal from the hotel’s room service. The symptoms started shortly after the meal, and I ended up being hospitalised for two nights. My friend also fell ill the following day and required hospitalisation. Since checking into the hotel, we had not eaten anywhere else, trusting that the hotel’s food would meet high safety standards. While the hotel management claimed that they found no similar reports, this does not change the fact that I experienced significant pain, stress, and disruption to my holiday. Instead of enjoying my trip, I spent days recovering in the hospital and then in my hotel room, unable to participate in planned excursions or make the most of my stay. On top of this, the hotel has no lift, and there are a good number of stairs and steep inclines to navigate. This can be especially challenging in the hot weather or after a night out. While they do offer a shuttle to drive guests closer to their rooms, you still have to climb some stairs after. On a more positive note, the rooms were bright, which I liked. However, I noticed some bugs on the bathroom floor, which was disappointing given the hotel’s standard. While the property has its appealing aspects, this experience has left me with a negative impression. I would caution future guests to consider these facts.

The staff at the hotel were an absolute joy, the resort had everything you need: swimming pool, gym, great views from the beach, restaurants and bars. The food at the hotel was also very good. If you choose to eat in their restaurant.

One of the nicest places I’ve stayed! Staff were so friendly and always loved helping guests. Rooms were cleaned daily, very thorough clean. You can literally walk down the street and you’re at the beach, there are also mini marts outside the resort which is very convenient! Highly recommend staying here.

I loved the view (I had the oceanview room) of the surrounding area. I was able to see the back of Big Buddha. The massage prices were comparable to the surrounding shops and more convenient. The property was close to walk to the beach (but they also had a complimentary shuttle), walk to nite markets and restaurants. Overall, very clean, convenient and the employees were very friendly.

We love it here. The pool is great, nice and deep, the views of Kata Beach are spectacular and the breakfast buffet, my goodness, amazing. Help yourself to espresso coffee, croissants, egg station etc. Great. And all 3 minutes walk to Kata tbeach.

The ocean view room @ the top of the hill was good,very hilly even to get to lobby for shuttle,the restaurant stated 6 pm went in @ 6.20 pm no one there.One room service meal was delivered cold & slopped all over plate Wife was not impressed.Would recommend pool view room that also has ocean view these are the standard room but a lot less steps.The staff were excellant WIFI @ the top was very intermitant evan after we were given VIPGUESTACCESS.We have stayed @ several resorts in Kata & would probably choose another resort less hilly next time.

We booked a sea view rom but we saw the room it was partial sea view ( rom Number 100’s) . They moved us to another rom NeXT say ( 600’s) . It would hAve been much better if they gave us the correct room at our arrival.

Nice hotel with lovely staff. Our room was in need of some minor maintenance but nothing worth a room change.Its noisy if your room is by the road but those inside are much quieter. Not much assistance in trying to get a late checkout if that is important to you. Be aware that there is lots of stair climbing at this resort.Otherwise a lovely stay.

Short break in Kata

Be prepared... lots of steps up to rooms. Good if you want to stay fit and work off a few calories. General hotel is good. A lot of rooms on different levels. Lots of places to eat near by but the nearer you get to Karon the better the choice and the lower the cost.
