The hotel was pretty good, with 2 exceptions. The internet was very weak and had to be reset everytime you came back to the room. Also the water temperature in the bathroom went from extreme hot to cold.

Property was very walkable to the main strip and beach, however can be quite noisy at times. The room was smaller than expected (hard to open two luggages in the living area) and the rooms arent all sound proof. There was one night where we could hear people laughing snd talking from our room at the bar nearby.

Our room was exactly as we expected. Convenience of pool outside our door was wonderful. The room was well set up with separate bedroom from living area and nice bathtub with separate shower. This suited our needs very well.

We were in the main building with the lobby and we could hear a lot of the street traffic. The room was big and air conditioning worked well. Friendly & very helpful staff. The pool didn’t have much shade and there was limited shady areas around the pool during the afternoon sun. No umbrellas in the pool area as seen in pictures. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Good location to get to walking street market with lots of food & bars and options for massages. I would give this a 3 star overall.

This is a great place for a family to stay for a visit to the Phuket area. Although not right on the beach, Kata is walking distance (10 mins) and there is a free hotel shuttle there and back several times a day. There is also the Kata Street Walking Market directly across the street but far enough down that noise doesn't travel. Perfect for evening eats! We also loved the hotel pool and the breakfast buffet with plenty of Thai and Western options. Would have been nice if they mopped the floors of our hotel room as part of their cleaning, as they got quite sandy and gross. Had to call down to ask for it, but still they only swept it. Overall a very comfortable stay for our family of 5 in a 2 bedroom family suite!

Very nice and clean. Lovely staff, breakfast buffet was great. Pool area was outdated and not the cleanest. A lot of the gym equipment was broken and sectioned off but was a great stay still.
