This modernly renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bath home blends contemporary comfort with immersive wizarding charm. Whether you’re traveling with family, fellow Potter fans, or just want a truly enchanting getaway, this home is designed to delight guests of all ages.

Choose your house and settle in! Each bedroom is devoted to a Hogwarts house, allowing every guest to sleep in their house of choice:

Gryffindor Room – upstairs, two full beds, 55" smart TV
Ravenclaw Room – upstairs, one king bed, en-suite bathroom, 42" smart TV
Hufflepuff Room – upstairs, one queen bed
Slytherin Room – downstairs, one king bed

The Great Hall-inspired living area is perfect for gathering, movie nights, or storytelling after a day of adventure. Brew potions (aka coffee) in the fully stocked kitchen, then relax with all the modern Muggle conveniences you’d expect.

Other things to note
++ Many of the decorations are treasured collectibles and not meant for play; we kindly ask for your assistance in keeping everything just as it is, so future families may experience the same magic.

++ Disclosure regarding pool heating:

* We cannot make the pool into a hot tub - the maximum pool heat temperature is 85 degrees F.
* In the winter months when the overnight temperature drops below 50 degrees F, the pool heaters will shut off to prevent frost damage to the heat pump system. This means that we cannot promise the pool will stay heated constantly at 85 degrees F, but the pool heater tends to keep the pool within 5 degrees of the desired temperature.
* This turning on and off the heater is very expensive for the homeowners, hence the pool heating charge.
* Therefore, please note we will NOT be able to refund the pool heating charge if you feel the pool did not stay warm enough during your stay.

++ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $42 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
