Cozy, well-furnished non-smoking apartment adjacent to private home with private entrance. Hulu Live which provides Movies & Cable TV shows 'on-demand' and includes access to local networks. Small kitchen, living area and 3/4 bath with tiled 36'' shower. Amenities include wireless internet, flat-screen TVs in sitting area and bedroom, breakfast table, refrigerator, microwave, toaster-oven, coffee pot, dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, queen bed, and closet. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and iron provided. Washer & Dryer on site (not shared). All linens included. Private entry with security door. Keyless entry allows for late check in if desired. Check-in after 4:00 pm, check-out before 11:00 am unless previously arranged. Quiet, safe neighborhood and great for taking walks. Senior Center is within walking distance. Two miles from ASU, Mill Ave, Town Lake, and Light Rail.
