The property was outstanding. The host was quick to respond to questions. A lot of attention was paid to details. The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable, spacious, and nicely stocked. It has a chef quality kitchen that is a pleasure to cook in. The washer and dryer were great. We most of all enjoyed the outdoor space with the bbq, heated pool, hot tub, beautiful citrus trees and a fragrant rosemary bush. The pool table was a lot fun. We loved the property so much, we would definitely stay there again when we are in town.

The property was great and everything was as advertised. We did have a problem with the hot tub. It worked fine the first day but when we tried to use it the breaker tripped. I contacted the owner and he quickly got a handyman to come out to look at it. He ended up coming out twice over the weekend but wasn't able to get it fixed.The owner was very responsive but unfortunately it would require a hot tub repair company to replace a faulty circuit board and they weren't available until after our stay. Because of this, he offered us a discount since we didn't get to use it for our entire stay.This is a very nice property in a quiet neighborhood and the location is great. It has many restaurants and attractions nearby. We look forward to returning for a future stay.

We stayed for four nights with another couple and absolutely loved everything about the house. The pool was great, the house was beautiful, the beds were very comfortable with nice linens, and the location was excellent. Peter was very responsive to all my questions and requests. Wonderful stay in Scottsdale

Beautifully updated home in a quiet neighborhood. Accurately described in the listing. We enjoyed relaxing in the backyard oasis. Plenty of seating both inside and out. The king size beds in each of the large bedrooms were all comfortable. Peter was a great host, and very easy to communicate with. We would not hesitate to book this property in the future.
