A DUD!

This was the second condo we have stayed at in Kierland Greens. I am sorry to say that this condo was incredibly disappointing. Communication with the manager was very slow. The check-in process was clunky and overall communication was poor.The most concerning issue of the condo was the cleanliness. Within an hour of being there, we noticed our kids' feet were black on the bottom (no joke!). Come to find out the floor was incredibly dirty. I would not be surprised if the carpet was really dirty as well. I did message the manager and share pictures and he did credit us the cleaning fee.The condition of the tub in the master bathroom was abysmal. I am certain a tub at a Motel 6 would have been in better condition. The finish was coming off at the drain and there was some kind of seal between the walls and the tub that was in sad condition and just gross looking. The tub mat was also stained (probably from people's dirty feet from the floors). Also, the moulding was in really sad shape.Within 20 minutes of us being at the condo, we found a screw that was sticking up from the floor and both of my kids hurt their foot on it. We pulled the screw out and let the manager know. We are lucky no one stepped on it and punctured their foot. Had the cleaners actually cleaned the floors, they would have seen this and let someone know. The condo is right next to a busy street so there is quite a bit of road noise. We love the location but would not ever stay in this condo again.

Great location and roomy condo

It was larger and roomier than expected. Nice layout. Enjoyed the location and accommodations. Pool area was very nice. WiFi needs improvement. Wasn’t able to watch TV because streaming was so spotty.

Location, Location, Location

Absolutely loved this location. We were a short drive to everything we did. The condo was great too. Kitchen was well equipped, mattress was comfy, lots of towels, nice pool area and grounds. Overall, an awesome stay.
