Their staff overall was amazing. Very kind and helpful. The room conditions and hotel were just okay.

Overall experience was good but a couple of hiccups...no bedding for pull out bed in room & when we called at 10PM when everyone was ready to settle in we called desk to ask for linens to be sent & was told "you'll have to come to front desk to get it". Felt that shouldn't have happened in the first place but to be told we had to go get it ourselves was a bit unacceptable. Earlier we'd been swimming in the pool (which was nice) but they had run out of towels so we asked for & had to go get those ourselves. When we got to the room to shower & clean up to go to dinner, again we didn't have enough bathroom linens for 5 people, when we called desk...same answer "you'll have to come to front desk to get what you need". I understand not enough towels in the bathroom if maid service doesn't know how many people will be in the room, but we shouldn't have to go get our own supplies. As for bedding for the pull out bed, it could've been stored in one of the dresser drawers or on self in closet.

Good value for the money. And ample parking is a plus.

Very courteous and friendly staff. Restaurant closes very early and the room very clean but dated.

The location is great - close to shopping and dining. Rooms were okay - but very noisy - there was a load beeping outside that went on all night. The heater wasn't working and we were here in the winter and it was cold at night. We called the front desk but no results. If you stay at this hotel, be sure you get a room that faces the Scottsdale airport and not the west parking lot.

Location was out of the way, but hotel was nice. Very few amenities with food, drinks, etc. Breakfast was good. Not a great place to go walking at night.

We used this hotel as an "overflow" for a holiday guest and found it very convenient to our home in the Scottsdale Kierland area.

Hotel is nicely renovated and very clean. It is next to a small airport, so noise can be an issue during flight times.

Easy to fly into KSDL and use Landmark Aviation and walk down the street a few minutes to the hotel. Ten minute walk to Kierland Commons, which has some great restaurants. Room was nice but toilet area is really small. Would stay again.

It was a grwT hotel very nice staff very clean hotel and in a nice remote great location.

Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was virtually no noise from outside-it's in a quite area and off the main street. The details: someone"s commode and shower were incredibly loud (I suspect the room above me). There was no coffee left packet in the room for my second day, I was able to get one from the desk. The internet connection was slow. On their computer, so slow I couldn't download a PDF file, it timed out. (granted, it was 4.9 mb). The airport wasn't very busy, but the jets were loud enough to bother a sensitive sleeper trying to sleep in. Overall, I think yo should be able to do better for the money-then again, this is Scottsdale.

Perfect for our spring training getaway! Just far enough away from the crowds, and an easy 20 minute drive to Scottsdale stadium. Staff was very accommodating and friendly!

Hotel is a updated older hotel located next to Scottsdale airport in a industrial park. The two room suite was large, clean and comfortable with breakfast included each day. Up scale shopping and restaurants located within walking distance. Will definitely stay at Thunderbird Suites again.

very nice location--only 15 minutes away from my son, who lives in Arizona. i liked that there was a door seperating the bedroom from the rest of the hotel room. 2 tv's were great! the bathroom was a litle small but workable. The bed was a little hard for my liking but not too uncomfortable-was still able to sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful. would definately stay here again.

room was a great size, buffet could have been a little more to offer, pool and jacuzzi were good, fitness room needs better equipment, location was great.overall for the vacation price one really cannot complain,we enjoyed it very much.the new bartender named james made us feel right at home,he made fantastic drinks and provided much humor.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Great value, very good hotel, big rooms, big living area.

I was just out in town for a few days and this place had everything I needed. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The complimentary hot breakfast each morning was a nice surprise. The amenities were nothing special, but again, cleanliness and friendly staff offsets bigger pool, workout facilities, etc. A good value for the money.

it was very nice everything was great the bathroom was very small but lots of room in the living room and bedroom

Tucked away near Scottsdale airport but still very quiet. Located just off Scottsdale Blvd. it was very close to great restaurants and shopping. Clean and spacious.
