I think the property over all is excellent. The only problem I had was it does not have security camera around the property by the parking lot. The first night I was at the hotel my car was parked in priority guest parking spot and a cat scratched the hell out of my rental car. I was so upset by this and when I went into immediately to tell the front desk what happened and if they had any cameras so I could see who damaged my car they said there wasn’t any. I was so disappointed because I could not see if it was a guest in their hotel that damaged my car and left without saying anything. They should have cameras every where inside and out so there is more safety .

we got there in the evening and checked in for our room. As we enter the room we were hit by a strong stench of sewage. There was no way we were able to stay the night in a room that smelled like poop. When we went back to the check-in desk, the lady was very friendly, but was not able to put us in another room for homes 2 suites as they were supposedly booked out. She put us in a small room on the Tru side which did not have two queen beds but one king bed and no studio. The price difference for the room we received in comparison to the room we booked and already paid for was about $70. We were promised that they make it up to us somehow with Hilton points to receive a free stay next time we come, but that promise was not kept and we did not receive points or a voucher.
