We just stayed at Home2Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Salt River. Unfortunately we found that cleaning of our rooms were only done every 2nd day...which was not mentioned on check in. the shower had very luke warm water everyday, on day that we had maid service the garbage was not taken out, and bed not made only replaced towels. Breakfast service toaster did not work, Coffee not hot had to be warmed in the microwave daily...found that we went to restaurant near by for a better meal and coffee. Hopefully the hotel will take the opportunity to do better in the future.

I loved the quiet location with plenty of handicapped parking. The room was very clean and I liked the room layout including a big screen TV, refrig and sofa. It’s time to replace the bed as it was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept on at a hotel. All of the women receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

There were things missing in the shower.We had no housekeeping. The fourth day we requested a trash bag and toilet paper.The bed was uncomfortable and creaked when we got up or moved.Breakfast was horrible I can say NOTHING good about this hotel!

The front desk was helpful when we needed a room change. They took a long time to refill items at breakfast, which made it difficult to get what we needed. There were soccer teams sitting there, but they should’ve known that there were lots of people and adjusted accordingly. By Monday/Tuesday morning it was better. The pool cues disappeared at some point during our stay and weren’t replaced for days. Part of the reason we stayed there was for the pool table, so not being able to play was a bummer. It’s the second time we’ve stayed here and the first time was great, but I think we’ll stay somewhere else next time we come to AZ.

Just across the street from AZ Boardwalk. All staff members that we came in contact with were bright, smiling, and cheerful. All carpets were clean and did not show fatigue. Will be using this hotel in the future. Hilton should be proud of this one.

Always a great experience at Home2 Sweet Scottsdale. The room is spacious and clean. Didn’t get to use the pool but it always seems clean and inviting. Breakfast is always on point with good variety to choose from both sides. We will be booking here again as we frequent this area quite often when visiting family. Oh and check in is so fast and friendly staff on site. Recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to this area.
