No amenities. Towels, soap and shampoo. Dirty. Rate wasn't even good

I literally checked in, went to the room, and checked right out. First I noticed that was kitchen floor was not swept and there was food on the floor from whoever was previously there. Then I go to check the sheets to make sure they were clean and underneath the pillow cases there was blood stains. Disgusting.

This is no 5-star resort, but for the money it is a great deal. The staff has always been friendly and the location is convenient to the highway. The ability to cook in your room is a great money-saver too.

Great service! Rooms were cleaned, not noisy. Friendly staff. Keep up the great work!

We've stayed a few times at this hotel during holidays to visit family and it is a great value for the money. You get a clean room with a kitchen. The staff has always been friendly. The location is quiet but close to Highway 17, so it's convenient to get anywhere else. The breakfast isn't anything special, but for the price and with a kitchen in the room, it's not a big deal. Recommended for short or long stays.

Limited conintal breakfast expected a little more than coffee and a muffin and a piece of fruit.

Close proximity to Freeways, Honeywell, Safeway and other corporate offices makes this a perfect location to stay while on a business trip to North Phoenix area.

Ask for a non smoking room and was put in smoking. If you cant accomodate then dont ask when making reservation. Better off just saying not available online.

I stayed one night with family, everything was just fine including, staff, cleanliness and most important its located at good place who doesn't like crowd and traffic around.

Great location for northern Phoenix area. Staff was very courteous and professional. Will certainly plan to stay here on my next trip

The staff is friendly and nice , very helpful the rooms are clean me and my husband really love this hotel everything is convene the rooms are like mini apt

The good: Decently sized room. The location near the 17 and 101 is ideal for traveling throughout North Phoenix. Decent amenities for a kitchenette. Comfortable beds, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The bad: THIN walls and ceilings. Motel seems to cater more to long-term residents in unfortunate circumstances than business travelers. The ugly: Multiple stains in the carpeting, including a red spot near the desk that looked suspiciously like blood (probably wasn't, of course, but still unsavory to have to look at constantly.) Dank smell of mold and cigarette smoke in the stairwells. Verdict: Other options are a better value for professionals than this ESA location, even at $30-$40 more per night.

Good clean room for the price. Nothing fancy but no complaints about the hotel itself. Location is a bit deserted. Not even a gas station in walking distance. No problem with a car.

My stay was for 2 nights and my stay was very enjoyable. The room was clean and the staff was so helpful and nice. I felt at home with a kitchen as part of the amenities. I recommend this hotel to anyone for a few days stay or anything extended.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a stove top and refridgerator included. The staff were friendly and courteous. A good value

the room was cute for and comforting for one over night stay.

We walked into the room and it smelled musty, a combination of burnt and moldy food. I was expecting a little food smell, being that is does have a kitchen, but this was almost intolerable. The staff were definatley below par. Acted as if they were inconvienced to even be dealing with us and all we did was check in and check out. They also have some dishonest employees working for them. My 2 year old daughter had grabbed my phone and i took it from her and tossed it on the bed. My error I forgot to pick it up when we walked out to check out, but when I called back to see if they had found it they said they hadn't found anything. I had been calling it and it was ringing, but as soon as I called it after I talked to the hotel it went straight to voicemail. They told me they would check the laundry and call me back. Still said they found nothing. I know it was left there, because between the time we left the hotel and I got home, I never left the car andit wasn't in any of our bags. Needless to say they were not very helpful in that aspect either. We will not be going back to this location, and most likely not this chain again.

beds were so hard it was like trying to sleep on the floor staff was not friendly charged for coffee, internet, ect.

Different tpye of hotel had a small kitchen great for extended stays , but no daily maid service, it was ok for me, no pool I was just visiting family.

Very sparse accomodations, tiny tv, $10 radio. Stayed three full days and never saw a housekeeper even once. On the third day my AC went out and I was told that the maintenance man had gone home for the day ( it was 4pm ) and there was nothing they could do. Not offered a fan, nothing. And supposedly no other rooms were available, although the parking lot was nowhere near full.
