wE HAD DIFICULTY CONTACTING THE HOST AS HER TELE MESSAGE WAS ALWAYS FILLED. ALSO WE WERE NOT RECEIVING RESPONSES TO OUT VRBO INQUIRES. IT WAS EXPLAINED TO US THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITHTHE VRBO SERVER.

This place was nice but lacked extra towels and linens, no soap for dishwasher and there were 2-3 sheets left on the paper towel roll on the stand in the kitchen and no kitchen towels…MOST IMPORTANTLY the smoke detectors were missing!! Just wires hanging from the ceiling which was very concerning and a serious safety issue! I reached out to our host multiple times with no response. I got so frustrated I contacted Vrbo and left a message with them but never received any help. Very frustrating and felt helpless to know what to do about smoke detectors - it took 3 days before I finally got thru to host!! A repairman came by that evening which we were thankful for, but unfortunately he fell off the ladder in my bedroom and the ladder slammed into the wall leaving holes and marks which made a mess - the floor was covered with debris…I get that accidents happen and I’m thankful he didn’t get hurt but he should have cleaned up the mess before he left!!I had no idea there was such a mess until I went to bed that evening. No vacuum of course. Ugh. So yeah, not a great experience.
