The property amenities were really nice, we stayed a few nights for our anniversary weekend. Spent time at the bar which was fun and packed on a Saturday night.The food was great and the music was amazing and the views were awesome. We did some bowling and played pool. The decor and artwork around the hotel was nice extra touch. Some downsides is the parking you need to pay anytime you take your car in and out. They do have a hotel car which brings you out 2-3 miles but it takes forever. We ended up taking an Uber or Lyft most places. Which finally takes me to the overall location the warehouse area is cute but the reality is you’re constantly walking past garbage and garbage trucks and it takes away so much from what could’ve been a great experience.

I really enjoyed the concept, design, and location. The engagement of the staff was very poor (except for Brooke at the front desk - she was awesome!). I decided to eat breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The dinner hostess (11/5) spent more time with facedown in her phone than greeting people. The breakfast server/bartender (am 11/6) treated service as an inconvenience. The front desk agent working the am shift on 11/6 was a bit rude too. I guess an auto tip of 20% on your bill doesn’t inspire anyone to do better. I usually tip 25%-40% for good service. Not here. For these reasons, I won’t be back. Too many choices in the city for this price point. A little bit of hospitality training would go a long way with such a neat hotel and could be 4.5 stars.

I was really really excited for this stay - maybe I had my expectations too high. I booked it because the bathroom looked stunning - the marble sink especially. However, upon getting there it was hard to get in since usual club members have to scan their keycard to get in. There is no signage or pre-checkin instruction on this so that was a bit confusing. Then, in my room the showerheads were not working properly? The smaller wand showerhead was not cleaned and was kind of gross. You can't have just one showerhead work at a time, instead both are on simultaneously (maybe something is wrong with the diverter valve). I even asked for help but the receptionist just said that was the way it worked. Lastly, checkout is stated to be at 12pm, but for some reason the housekeeper knocked on my door 3 separate times before 12pm to come in and clean even after I explained I would checkout by 12. All in all, I wish the experience was more seamless and more attention was paid to the details.
