First, this building is located in center city Philadelphia area. As stated, this is also a historic building and so outside noise could be an issue with noise sensitive guest.



Second, There are steps to get to the apartment but once inside the apartment there are no steps. We want to be fully transparent so your stay can be amazing. :)

It's a great location, with wonderful restaurants within steps of the apartment. Street parking is metered, so if you come by car, it's worth parking in a lot, but the neighborhood is really well served by public transit AND super walkable. The air conditioner made this July visit comfortable. In all, this was a great place for a week working remotely in Philly.
